We were concerned that on the day we ordered, the website was down and we had to order by phone. We then found that the male blue Birthday cake was not being produced at all (although it was on the website the day before) and there was no direct alternative. We had to order a cup cake with no provision for a personal name on the biscuit. A previous order in September was easy and straight forward to process

I bought the letterbox running biscuits as a gift for my husband's first marathon, I was a little disappointed they couldn't be personalised with his time and number but lived the decoration. He opened the biscuits 2 weeks after I bought them but they tasted stale and of cardboard. The expiry date had 2 weeks left after opening so I don't know whether they have a short shelf life or if I was sent old stock. This was very disappointing as the decoration is beautiful. I emailed biscuiteers with my comments, but have had no response. I ordered a tin as a birthday gift before tasting these, I hope these don't taste the same.

Very well packaged gift. Biscuit was beautifully decorated, but sadly the taste was bland. Overall dissapointed.

Disappointed that for GBP 65 per tin that they tell you the flavours inside the chocolates, but not which one was which.

I ordered the Tea & Biscuits tin as a gift for a friends birthday, as I live abroad it was great being able to select dates and leave a gift message. Unfortunately the delivery was late though so I’m not totally happy with the service. Friend tells me they taste good though.

Having tracked your delivery I can see that delivery was attempted within the time frame we state for our Royal Mail next day service but I believe no one was in to sign for the parcel so a calling card was left. I can then see a collection of the parcel was made the following day. We do apologise that delivery was not successful on the first attempt but for our larger tins we do require a signature on delivery. Thank you so much for placing an order with us. They do look good but for the price i also expected them to taste good and was disappointed, they were average at best. If you want a biscuit that looks good these are perfect but there are better tasting biscuits available for a fraction of the price.

Nice packaging, but my delivery (a birthday card package) did not arrive on the correct date. When I asked biscuiteers about it they just drew my attention to their ‘95%’ delivery estimate. Certainly not 100% ‘biscuit happiness’ as another part of the website claims.

With our Royal Mail service we do say that 95% of deliveries will arrive the day you select at checkout and a small amount can arrive the following working day. However, having tracked your order I can see that your order was delivered on the day you selected at checkout, perhaps just later than when you initially contacted us. Beautifully decorated biscuit I purchased the item as it was advertised as a biscuit card, however when it arrived the biscuit was in its own box and the 'card' was a folded piece of paper I would not have made the purchase had I realised it was not all incorporated into a card £14 including delivery for a biscuit is overpriced

They make gorgeous gifts and what’s more our keepsake boxes are perfect for storing bits and bobs once the the biscuit has gone. For all orders you also have the option to include a printed gift message to let the recipient know who the gift is from. Biscuits arrived in Hong Kong on time but sadly two of the biscuits were smashed upon arrival. There was no personalisation evident. Recipient said biscuits were delicious however. I would not order for overseas again .

Lovely but expensive I’m guessing the expense is in the packing and delivery however they are pretty I feel the lady I spoke to on the phone could do with one it may just cheer her up :)

With our Royal Mail delivery service it is not guaranteed that the delivery will arrive on the selected day, as some deliveries do need a little extra time and arrive on the next working day. The biscuits themselves were absolutely stunning and the 2 orders I placed were well received. What I didn't expect was that after paying for a nominated date for delivery that the actual delivery was delayed until after Christmas. Not what I expected.

Lovely company with great products! But my previous order had the wrong message in it - because I didn’t notice this on the email it was my error. I ordered again last Tuesday for delivery on Friday, and the item did not arrive until late Monday. The very helpful member of customer services replied to tell me that delivery cannot be guaranteed this time of year but your website does not make this clear. Delivery was refunded. So overall a good product, lovely packaging and good customer service... but I seem to be unlucky!!

I always get the Christmas cookies to refill our lovely cloth calendar we bought from you, and love the beautiful cookies. But this year because some of the details icing seems so fine and thin many of the cookies were very damaged when I opened the box when it was delivered. Many of the cookies had come off the layered paper they were meant to be stuck to with the icing on their back. SO it is sad to have so many damaged cookies because in the past they were always perfect and in tact.

Very nice biscuit and iced nicely but wouldn't say it's worth the price. Nice if you're willing to spend more as a gift but don't really got much for your money as the biscuit is as small as a digestive.

The product was great but let down by late delivery. I paid for next day delivery and received reassuring emails stating that my order had been received, had been made and was ready for delivery the following day. Unfortunately on the day of my friends birthday I received a text that stated that Biscuiteers had not got my order to DPD on time for it to be delivered as promised. Very disappointing.
