The presentation of the biscuit and packaging couldn't be faulted, it was beautiful, as was the handwriting with the personalised message. However the biscuit was rather small and quite dry which was a shame. It also in turn made it seem rather expensive. Style over substance sadly.

It's quite an expensive way to send a message. I thought £10 for the biscuit was just about acceptable but then another £3 or £4 on top for delivery. To an address in central London. And then to find that it isn't despatched directly but goes via the Royal Mail sorting office first. The sentiment of the message was slightly lost as it took 3 days to deliver. Just stick first class postage on and send it out.

Sadly although I booked and paid for a Saturday delivery (the birthdays) the tin of biscuits did not get delivered until Monday pm. The recipient was pleased with the biscuits. You were just let down by the courier. I did ring to mention it.

Biscuits look amazing but the only problem was I asked for delivery on the 17th of December and didn't actually receive it until the 19th of December. Not happy with the delivery service but everything else is good

Beautiful Nutcracker packaging and much anticipation in receiving these but I found the cookies themselves a let-down when I opened the box. Drab colourscheme, two-tone and rather beige/grey and piped in a hurry, with eyes missing and generally not as bright or magical as expected. I make royal iced cookies myself to a higher standard so I have perhaps unrealistic expectations but I have seen the product in the shop and thought this particular collection below par mainly due to the drab colours.

When ordering online, the Black Friday discount code given me by Biscuiteers didn't work, and I had no reply to my "help" email as it was the weekend. (I did receive one on the Monday with another code, but by then I had ordered the biscuits using a smaller discount code). We haven't given the gift yet! However, we were surprised at how small the tin is. Hopefully the biscuits will be tightly packed inside and undamaged. We were pleased to read on the website that the biscuits will last for a long time if unopened, but it would be helpful if this could be displayed more prominently.

We can see from your order that you purchased one of our Nativity biscuit tins. This tin has 13 of our delicious handmade biscuits which we feel is fairly reflected in the price of the tin. We have spent a lot of time and effort perfecting our packaging to ensure that biscuits arrive with recipients safely. Using a little bit of icing, each of the biscuits will be stuck to glassine paper. The biscuits are then surrounded by further protective glassine paper to keep them safe on their travels. I was pleased with the ease of ordering and speed of delivery. I loved the packaging the buscuits were presented in. I am really disappointed at the size of the product in relation to the price paid. I don't think it is great value for money. Plus, it is slightly frustrating that I am unable to check the actual products (particularly the personalisation) before I hand them to the recipients, as I will ruin the wrapping if I do. I just hope they look OK.

Hopefully this order got to the recipient on the right day, I haven't heard from them yet, so have to trust you. My previous experience was not good as you sent out my order three times, on different days and it was all very embarrassing... However I decided to give you another chance. The product is great, beautifully packaged and lovely to be able to send in the post but your admin leaves something to be desired!

Sadly the biscuits were for Thanksgiving and they didn't arrive. Although you tried to chase it, they never got there :-( Hugely disappointing as my friend ended up with no pressie on Thanksgiving. You have kindly refunded me the money but I wouldn't take the risk again if it was for a specific event. However, usually I absolutely love your products and think the biscuits are inspired. I am a huge fan of your company and have recommended it to many people. The only reason I'm not awarding 5 stars or 10 on the recommending scale is purely due to the issues with delivery. Thank you.

To be honest whilst I love what you show online I was a little disappointed with the final items. There aren't any provisions for writing on the 'cards' and certainly the smaller personalised ones aren't as large as I expected (I couldn't find dimensions when I looked online) and I will have to subsidise with something to go with them which at their price point is a little frustrating. I had hoped for them to be a perfect teachers present instead of the standard bottle of wine and a little more creative and suitable for the children to give.

Bit of a mix up on the delivery date as the Christmas gift was delivered in November. I am sure I did not put this date but there you are. The only offer I got was to get the recipient to refuse delivery and they would send another at the right time. Rather takes the surprise out of it doesn't it. Anyway not sure I would bother again as they obviously thought it was my fault.

Great products to send as gifts, but I find the website terrible and clunky to use - I have been prevented from making an order recently as I could not enter the recipient's address - the form would not pick up 'Wiltshire' and so I couldn't get on to the next page. I gave up in the end.

Your biscuits are fabulous. However your online ordering is awful. Every time I try and buy some biscuits from you I nearly give up each time as I have to keep inputting the same information as it won't accept it, and its just not user friendly, please take a look at it, many thanks

Nice idea but biscuit a bit small for price and writing placed oddly, would have looked nicer spaced out more into the centre of the star.

As always, the quality of the product was excellent, I am consistently impressed with biscuiteers. However, the delivery was shoddy and I paid £6.95 for a gift to be delivered 6 days late - totally unacceptable.
