“The idea is excellent. The ordering is straightforward and the extremely fast delivery is impressive. Love the icing but unfortunately I wasn’t impressed with the biscuits. Need to work on the recipe. I would love to give a higher rating because the idea deserves it.”

“Of course the presentation is lovely but I feel now that Biscuiteers biscuits are over priced. Also I’m sure the biscuits used to be crunchier and firmer. I find them too soft for my taste which is a shame as they still taste great”

“Lovely items but the penguin biscuits I ordered as a gift were a lot smaller than I’d anticipated! Little deceiving I feel from the picture.... feel you could do better on this item Biscuiteers !”

“Bought for a friend who was recovering from an operation. Postman didn’t post it through letterbox & my friend was instructed to collect it from the post office. Not great when she’s not allowed to drive. I feel the packaging needs adapting to make sure the postie knows to put it through the letterbox & not treat it as a parcel. She did say it was lovely when she eventually got it though!”

“Love biscuiteers. Been buying tins of biscuits for 7y now especially around Christmas. They are always beautiful. Just a bit disappointed this year that the £35 boxes have halved in size despite being the same price! Was such a shock receiving them based on what I always had before and expected. Just took away some of the joy of giving them to people. The £45 box was still the usual size. I know business requires changes to be made but think that could have been highlighted a bit better.”

“Delivery wasn’t made on the day it was required due to the incompetence of Royal Mail. I was also duped into purchasing a gift bag which was not used, ie the biscuits were not delivered in the bag.”

Hi Alexia, Thank you so much for leaving a review. I am really sorry to hear about the issues you have had with your order. With our Royal Mail next day delivery service it is not guaranteed that the delivery will arrive on the day you have selected at checkout. We do try to make this clear on our website by stating: '*Please note this is not a guaranteed delivery date. 95% of deliveries will be made on your chosen date (Mon-Sat excluding Bank Holidays), the remaining 5% will be delivered the following day.' This is then further reiterated in customers order confirmation emails. It seems as though your order fell into that 5%. Thank you and Kindest Regards, Biscuiteers x

“The biscuits are super but the last order I placed didn’t arrive for ages. Issue was I was sending to a busy working professional Although advertised as “letterbox delivery” it was sent requiring a signature... and they work long hours and so it ended up as a hassle to have collect from sorting office days later... the letterbox size didn’t use to need a signature. Shame this is the case now as ruins the ease for many people.”

“The packaging is wonderful and the individual iced biscuits are decorated beautifully, making this a visual treat - unfortunately I found the texture too soft as I prefer a crisper biscuit with more snap. The allspice flavour could have been bolder too with more cinnamon and ginger especially as these were Christmas themed.”

“I made an order and didn’t get a confirmation message. I assumed the order wasn’t processed. So next day I made the order again only to find money has been taken twice. I phoned to cancel the first order ( that I didn’t get the email confirmation for) was told this was cancelled and I would get a refund. Both ordered got delivered ( same gift x 2) no refund or explanation. Love this company, but I do think the customer care needs to be looked at. Didn’t have the energy to phone again and complain and just took the small financial hit. Julie xx”

“A bit disappointed by size and presentation of the biscuits inside its box. They were for a birthday present and they felt almost artificially made, I was hoping for a more 'just out of the oven' feel. They also looked much smaller than in the picture.”

“The biscuits arrived nicely packaged and beautifully iced. However, one of the biscuits was broken on arrival. The biscuits themselves looked lovely but were very tasteless and strangely soft. Overall it was nice to try them but would not purchase again.”

“A second biscuit was sent out to my granddaughter as the first was soft. Another beautifully decorated and presented biscuit arrived after I telephoned re the same, sadly this too was soft. It is a lovely lovely product but unfortunately the biscuit just didn’t seem fresh.”

“My son was so impressed with his iced biscuit. Maybe an option of biscuit type after a few weeks of admiring it, he finally decided he'd eat it however he doesnt like chocolate so after all the waiting he gave it away....”
