“Quick delivery, Biscuit looked lovely - A tad expensive for what it is I felt”

“I think that the tracking process that you use is not really the best for your customers. My order was placed on the 8th and I was told it would be delivered on the 10th. When it had not been delivered on the 10th I chased it up and was told it had just been sent .As it happened it was not delivered until the 13th but the tracking service only tells you when it is delivered so you don't know where it is until thenas opposed to other tracking services which tell you more about it's journey.”

“Advertising clearly states next day delivery but this is not necessarily correct unless paying for premium delivery with high charge. Product looks as advertised”

“Delighted with the product - I have ordered several birthday biscuits in the past but I was very disappointed this time that the birthday biscuit didn’t arrive on my daughter’s birthday despite having been ordered four days in advance”

“I thought the presentation and the decoration on the biscuits was excellent. As a gift it was perfect to receive the beautiful box, wrapped in tissue and the biscuit itself was beautiful aesthetically. In this respect I wouldn’t hesitate to reorder. However, the biscuit itself had no taste whatsoever - it actually didn’t all get consumed because it wasn’t that pleasant. It’s a real shame as with some flavour I would definitely order more. However on a taste basis I wouldn’t choose to buy anymore.”

“I love Biscuiteers biscuits and have ordered before however this time the biscuits arrived 2 days late. This was very disappointing as they were for a 50th birthday present and I think as assured they would arrive on time.”

“The package and biscuits were smaller than I expected and the icing on the biscuits was more muted than the colours on the website. All in all, a bit expensive for what I got.”

The reason our biscuits cost what they do is because our Icing Team carefully ice intricate designs by hand which can be very difficult and take time, we put a lot of care into our product to keep them at the highest quality. “They are expensive for what they are. They taste lovely, and the box is also really nice, but why are you guys not offering free delivery?? £50 for a box of biscuits is a bit much, whatever level you are at.”

“The chocolate birthday biscuits I ordered for my partner were not that nice. I've used Biscuiteers many times, and would again but for some reason this set were not that great! Might just be personal preference as there wasn't anything wrong with the quality, just the chocolate tasted odd, more like powdered coaco this time. I will carry on using Biscuiteers as their gifts are very good!”
