The biscuit was very tasty although I was expecting it to be a lot bigger for the price that it cost

Ordered 2 items to be delivered at same time to same address. After completing the order I noticed I was being charged £7.00 postage, rang biscuiteers as website advised if there was a problem, no answer and no one has called me back.

The biscuits are brilliant but the website is terrible. I had consistent issues placing the order with either by basket emptying at checkout, delivery options not displaying or me not being able to progress to enter card details. Spent over an hour trying to place the order (over two days!) and if it wasn’t for the fact i’d already decided this was what I was ordering for someone as a present, i would have gone elsewhere. On a positive, great product and delivery was very quick.

Pretty packaging and the very small biscuit was nicely decorated, sadly tasted rather stale, altogether disappointing

Amazing to look at but the person I gifted these to said they were very dry. Disappointed as they are simply stunning to look at.

I mean it’s cute and all... but the flavours are so not ok like you’re eating plain baked flour in a shape of a rectangle

I ordered the biscuits late evening. When I got the confirmation email I realised that the message on the central biscuit was truncated. This was not apparent when I wrote the message in the box provided when ordering. Unfortunately Dave became Da which looked really silly. I phoned and emailed the company straight away. I recieved a reply by email at just gone 09.00 the next day to say that the mistake could not be rectified as the biscuits were packaged ready to be sent. I had to text the person the biscuits were going to and apologise for the mistake which ruined the surprise. The biscuits are expensive and I found the service poor.

I wasn't going to leave a negative review but as I have been repeatedly contacted by Biscuiteers to leave a review, this is my comment. The item arrived late - well after the celebratory date that it was intended for which was hugely disappointing.

We do say with our Royal Mail tracked service that this is not a guaranteed service and there is a chance it can be delivered the next working day after the date you select at checkout. We do try to make this clear on our website and on customers order confirmations, so I do apologise if you didn't see this. The art work and packaging was excellent . The quality of the biscuit we thought very disappointing ,almost stale in truth .I think the icing softens the biscuit hence my "POOR" rating .But I wish you continued success .I wont be using your product again sadly . Kind Regards Anna -Michelle

Usually I cannot fault Biscuiteers, the biscuits are well presented and make perfect gifts. On this occasion, however, I sent a gift to a friend in mid-August 2019. She informed me that it tasted weird & when she checked the best before date, it said Janaury 2019! So disappointed that these biscuits would even be around to send to people, 7 months later! I've received quick customer service support when I complained & another is being delivered, but it has put me off using this company for future gifts.

Icing stuck to packaging. No note included so they didn't know it was off me. Arrived several days earlier than supposed to so not opened on birthday.

I'm a big fan of Biscuiteers (especially the jolly gingers and thank you boxes) but the Father's Day sock biscuits were disappointing. Pretty, but slightly stale and very sweet - even the children didn't really like them. I really hope this is a one off - at Biscuiteers prices, the actual biscuits need to be a lot better than these.

'Good luck' biscuit arrived broken to my brother despite being advertised as letterbox-friendly. No way to directly review the product on the website so reviews there don't seem representative.

I have rated two stars because it did not arrive on the day I stated. What is the point of it not arriving on the day you want especially if it is a birthday/anniversary.
