Presentation quite poor - biscuits used to come in a lovely tin and now just a plain cardboard box. For the money I expect more.

Hello Alexander, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We're so sorry to hear you are not happy with the presentation of our Thank You biscuit box. For our biscuit cards, jolly gingers and biscuit boxes, these products all come in a beautiful, cardboard, illustrated gift box. Our biscuit tins and Luxe biscuit tins all come in our metal biscuit tins. We do try to make it very clear on each product page what to expect in terms of the biscuit and the packaging so I do apologise if this was not clear. We hope the recipient enjoyed their gift. Thank you and Kind Regards, Biscuiteers x

I contacted you last Saturday about my order - I paid extra for it to arrive on Sunday (Mothers Day), but it arrived on Saturday, ruining the whole point of the order. Plus no-one has contacted me about this, despite your website telling me someone will be in touch within 24 hours and now it is the following Friday. I am very disappointed.

Whilst beautifully decorated sadly the biscuits were almost inedible. This was a gift for my mother on mother’s day and whilst she was delighted with the thought - it was very disappointing. My father sent two to me to try and I was shocked. I couldn’t see any phone number to call but after I spent £55 on these I can’t really say I am very happy.

Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We're so glad to hear you liked the taste of our biscuits. Our biscuits are slightly more expensive than other Biscuits for sale as every single biscuit is handmade and hand iced using old fashioned, non-industrialised techniques. Every single biscuit is lovingly made from start to finish and each one is therefore totally individual. We feel this adds to the charm of the biscuit, which can be seen through our designs. Thank you and Kindest Regards. Biscuiteers x

I ordered and paid for my biscuit on the 28th February for my friend who lost her mum and hoped it would arrive on the 1st March. I understand there was snow and adverse weather conditions during this week but she only received it yesterday (7th March) and I feel really disappointed with this :( it states on your website that 95% of deliveries are delivered the next day and the remaining 5% on the following day but in my experience this is not the case. I really wanted my friend to receive it ASAP and am disappointed it took so long, considering I paid almost £5 for delivery.

I'm sorry to say, the flower biscuit box arrived, beautifully I must say, however the biscuits were extremely hard; to the point i thought i would damage my teeth! I contacted Biscuiteers who were quite helpful and i'm now in the process of sending them back for inspection. I will review once I hear back!! On the positive side my brothers Christmas biscuits were wonderful!

It was delivered 24hrs after the date l requested even though l gave you a few days notice as to the day l wanted. On arrival l was disappointed as to the size of my gingerbread man l could have bought one for less than a pound and iced it myself l am not complaining of the taste of product packaging was very good Eventually lfound one in my local bakers 4 times bigger more detailed icing complete with cellophane and red bow which to me was much better value In future l will stick with them.

The biscuits arrived safety but was disappointed that they were a lot smaller than the pictures on the website. Seemed overpriced for the size delivered and they tasted rather stale.

We have used Biscuiteers for years and can't fault the product, everyone loves them. But on this occasion one of the two gifts we sent was despatched really late missing the intended date. Disappointing.

Birthday biscuit arrived a day late. Various emails from Biscuiteers and courier company blaming each other. Zero accountability from either party. Just blaming each other. Poor.

Hi Tammy, Thank you for your review. I do hope that the product was enjoyed despite being a day late. Please do contact yum@biscuiteers.com with any further comments or queries you may have. Biscuiteers x

Really disappointed with Biscuiteers. My order did not arrive on the day it was scheduled to. My communication with Biscuiteers was extremely frustrating. They promised to track the order and update me, but never called back. I called again, and was again promised a callback. This never happened. There was never any apology for the situation, despite the fact that I needed the order that day as it was a gift. I requested a refund, which did eventually materialise 6 days later, but again, there was no communication regarding this so I could not be sure it was being processed. These biscuits do make a nice (though very overpriced) quirky gift, but the terrible attitude of the company dissuades me from ordering again. As for the 100% satisfaction promise - don't fall for it!

Hi Rachel, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are so sorry you had such a negative experience with our service. Unfortunately we were let down by our delivery company on this occasion and had some difficulty in finding out what had gone wrong which is not at all a reflection of our usual service and we do apologise most sincerely. We understand that you have been in touch with customer services and this has now all been resolved. We are so sorry again for the issues you have had. Best wishes, Biscuiteers x

Expected some sort of tin? Maybe I just didn't read the small print and didn't take of £5 off your 1st order tried all ways... gave up in the end as I was ordering on behalf of a group I had already suggested it as I saw advertisement nice prezzie but not worth the money

Hi Elaine. I'm sorry you were disappointed with your marathon biscuit box! We try to give an accurate description of our products on the product information page, where the description for this product reads; "Size: Biscuit Box (our Biscuit Card boxes are 23cm x 11cm x 2cm, contains up to 5 biscuits)." Our Biscuit Tins are larger and contain between 9 and 16 biscuits, and the £5 off voucher is valid on the tins and not the boxes. Apologies for the confusion! If you have any further queries on this please do contact customer services on yum@biscuiteers.com Best wishes, Biscuiteers x

My daughter did love the Happy Birthday chocolate personalised biscuit and said it was very yummy, however, when she described the size of it, it was a lot smaller than I had expected it to be (I didn't look at sizes when I purchased so I don't know if it says the size or not on the website) and for the price I thought it was incredibly expensive. So, she loved getting it, but in hindsight, I think I was mad to pay £11.99 for a biscuit just slightly bigger than the palm of my hand and I probably won't do it again.

Hi Anne, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry you were disappointed with the overall purchase of the Biscuit card! We do list the dimensions of the biscuit card in the product information page so our customers are aware of the size of the card prior to purchase. I apologise that you were unaware of this and subsequently found the product to be disappointing. All of our biscuits are rolled, cut and baked by hand, and then iced individually by our icing artists, before being hand packaged in our special decorative boxes and sent out with our gift cards, which is what makes them so perfect for special occasions. I am glad that your daughter enjoyed her biscuit and found it yummy however, and I hope it made an exciting gift for her birthday celebrations. Thanks again for your feedback. Best wishes, Biscuiteers x

The packaging is beautiful but unfortunately there is more, much more packaging than biscuit. The 3 kings were absolutely tiny - very underwhelmed. I've tasted the other biscuit I ordered and it's ok, but that's all. I ate 1/4 of it and left the rest for another time.

Hi Victoria, Thank you for your review, we sorry to hear you feel this way. All of our biscuits are handmade and hand iced one biscuit at a time by professional icers at our kitchens in London. We will certainly pass your feedback on to our product development team for consideration. Biscuiteers x

I've now had two biscuitiers presents from a family member who loves this brand and finds it convenient to send them to people at a distance. Unfortunately, although they are beautifully packed and the icing is professionally done, the biscuits we had in both cases were stale and not pleasant to eat. I'm going to have to tell my sister not to send me any more!

I ordered a tin of flower biscuits for a friend who was going in to hospital and paid extra for next day/named delivery. They arrived a day late which made it look like I had forgotten about her. Added to that the tin was dented and when I visited her I was disappointed to see how small the tin was, given that I paid nearly £30 for the whole thing. She showed me the packaging which wasn't padded and was more like a standard Amazon style wrap around cardboard box. She did say the biscuits were lovely. The sales team have said they would refund the delivery cost and send a new empty tin, as I wanted her to have it as a keepsake, but I won't be ordering from Biscuiteers again as they made me look like a rather uncaring friend.
