Lovely packaging and very pretty biscuit, but oh so small! Really not worth the price I'm sorry to say.

I ordered what was described as a 'card' and so was expecting a biscuit attached to some cardboard for me to write a message inside. Instead I received a tiny biscuit in a box. Also, as the biscuit in the promotional photo had a message on it, I assumed that the personalise box was for name only, not to write an entire message myself. Therefore, the biscuit I received only had a name iced on it, rather than a nice message. This is obviously my fault for misunderstanding, but I do think the website could have been a lot clearer about what message is included and what the 'card' aspect actually entails. Paying £11 for a tiny biscuit in a box with a name on was rather disappointing and not a great gift. The packaging however, was really well done and so the biscuit arrived fully intact. I am glad that I opened the packaging myself before handing the gift over though, as I would have been embarrassed to give the biscuit to someone without being fully aware of what I'd paid for!

I specifically asked if they would be appropriate for children because of the spice added in the ingredients that I read about and was told that they were !!!! They were not !???? I bought them especially to put into my 5 year old girls advent Calendar, I chose the advent calendar collection which was £45 so not a cheap option !! very disappointed and will not be using this company again.

The biscuit was great however dispatched two weeks earlier than requested and when I wrote to ask them not to do this I got no reply! My mum had her gift for her birthday two weeks early which meant I once again was in the position of her having nothing on her birthday. Not great!

I have used Biscuiteers before and know that the product is of high quality. However on this occasion, for some reason my order was not sent on the correct day, and the gift arrived late. The postage has been refunded, but unfortunately I have lost faith in the company.

In the past we have been really impressed with biscuiteers and would have given them 5 stars. But this time round I had a lot of trouble paying and ended up being charged 3 times. Biscuiteers answered my emails and refunded my payments. But I then found out that one of my orders was wrong. Instead of a 'Star card' being sent, a 'Little Miss Hug' card arrived at my friends. When biscuiteers were told they did apologise and offer to resend the right order. However considering all of the hassle I've had with this order I would have thought some compensation would have been offered for my trouble.
