“I ordered a birthday tin for a friend who is celebrating her 90th birthday on her own in lockdown. I asked for them to arrive the day before the big day but they arrived the day after I ordered them. She was so delighted with them and had never received a pressie like this. I’m so glad they arrived early she has picked the one special biscuit for her big day and is enjoying the others as and when. Great work Biscuiteers you have made one very special birthday which should have been a big celebration a very happy week for my lovely friend.”

“Hello i am happy with the rapidity of the delivery and the quality of biscuits but i must have cliques twice on the button ans my friend received twice the same box wirh twice the same message. I would have expected someone of the biscuiteer company to contact me to checkif that was correct. Also nobody called me back to settle the issue”

“Very unreliable and definitely not recommended. I bought some biscuits as gift for a friend's birthday and had requested a delivery date of 30 Dec but they didn't arrive. When the customer service team came back to work on 4 Jan they told me there had been a stock issue and refunded me without any issues. But when you're relying on this to arrive as a present, it just can't be trusted.”
