“Lovely surprise for husband, great packaging and very prompt delivery. Didn’t realise biscuit was going to be chocolate but a really great idea to have letterbox biscuits.”

“I ordered 3 things which was very easy to do. One has arrived and I was very impressed with it. Unfortunately it had moved off the iced spot and was rattling around. The others 2 haven’t arrived yet as they we were for Mother’s Day. The only thing was postage was charged for all 3 items individually I would suggest a combination postage at a reduced price would be better.”

“The biscuits are beautifully decorated but we found the icing a little too much and too sweet. It would be good to offer flavoured biscuits too eg lemon/chocolate/vanilla. Otherwise a great gift”

“A regular customer of Biscuiteers. Website is easy to navigate and biscuits are both delicious and beautifully presented. Did have an issue with delivery this time, however - delivered a day late. Did phone biscuiteers but the phone rang out (obviously busy) and it took a few days for my email to be answered.”

“Biscuits looked too good to eat and were well received by my in-laws who have since told me they were delicious. Only criticism I have is with dispatch and delivery date, I preordered for them to be delivered on the 19th December, only to receive an email to say they had been dispatched on that date which threw my visiting schedule out.”

“Great concept and loved the packaging. The decoration on the biscuits I found to be ok, but not wholly reflective of the amazing decoration shown online. I know it can never be an exact match, but for the price paid, I expected slightly better quality decoration and perhaps slightly larger biscuits.”

“I ordered 2 jolly gingers and the fruit biscuit box. One of the jolly ginger with the bunch of flowers had nearly any flowers on - not like the picture on the webpage. The rest was fine and well presented.”

“Really great gift. Everything about the product itself is great. Would be good to have a postage option that didn’t require a signature, though...delivery attempted 3 times before needing to be collected from a post office far from the delivery address.”
