“For my daughter's birthday - first time she was away (at Uni) so no cake and had to be something special - and it was! She was delighted so thank you so much. My only aesthetic suggestion would be to change the colour of the dividing paper/card from black to a colour to be selected depending on the choice of the contents?”

“Saw a gift which had been ordered for a friend (the lovely little jockeys) and ordered the stork carrying the baby for my newly pregnant daughter. She was delighted ! I didn't spot the cut off of noon for next day delivery which was a shame so missed out on that, though the customer services team did try to sort it for me. thank you !”

“Everyone I have sent a Biscuiteers gingerbread Biscuit to has been very excited about it. The packaging is lovely. My only feedback is that I feel that some of the biscuits are a bit too pricey.”

“Really great service, amazingly easy to order at such short notice, and of course a beautiful product that can't fail but make the recipient smile. My only gripe is that when these are usually ordered as gifts, it's slightly poor form to enclose a catalogue, thereby instantly giving away exactly what was spent and somehow just generally detracting from the magic and uniqueness of what's just arrived... But otherwise all great, thank you.”

“Excellent biscuits, always appreciated by the recipients. BUT I have always found your websites difficult. I’m hard of hearing, do all my shopping online and have no problems- except with you. The current one is incredibly cluttered the moment it’s opened. Too many categories. Following one route leads you away from other possibilities and relevant choices. Have a look at Flying Flowers! I have several times given up on biscuits and sent a different gift; in fact this time I gave up twice - but knew how the recipient loved sharing the biscuits in her Care Home. Please SIMPLIFY. Display the product and let us make the choices. CM”

“Ordered the letter box birthday biscuits (cake and 2x candles) for my husbands birthday. They arrived on the right date and tasted great with lovely icing, unfortunately the two candles were broken which was a shame.”

“The products are great and the person I got the box for as a gift loved them. But the service and ambiance in the Battersea shop doesn’t live up to the brand. Maybe I caught the team on a bad day – towards the end of the trading day on a Sunday. But they seemed largely disinterested and more focussed on chatting to each other.”
