“Sent out 2 'cool for cats' tins and 1 butterflies.. all recipients delighted.. having received several tins myself I would say that overall the standard is still very high.. but... I noticed the precision of the piping on the fish skeletons and wool balls was varied and not as good as it might have been. If charging a premium price, a premium product has to be a given. When I received my three assorted tins about a year or 18 months ago... all the biscuits were as near perfect as they could be... the fish and wool balls looked a bit rushed. The three people who got the biscuits were so pleased and never having seen Biscuiteers products before thrilled to bits and all say the biscuits themselves are great to eat... in the end that is all that matters!”

The quality of product, service and professionalism is excellent and they have always delivered. What I love most is the surprise and delight in the recipients - most people have never seen anything like it. Very special”

“My son loved his Mr Birthday biscuit.Due to quarantine restrictions I was unable to visit him and give him a birthday cake.The biscuit was great.It fit through the letter box and arrived in time for his birthday.”

“I have friends all over the world and have sent a variety of the gifts available to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries etc. Each time they are over the moon with the gift and it is so much better than me sending a gift they have no use for.”

“The biscuits looked lovely, however, they tasted very stale. The birthday card was very flimsy, and full of advertising, not very nice nor personal. To be honest, for £50+ luxury box I was hoping for this to be a little bit more special than what we received. Would not order again.”
