“I ordered a special gift for a young person in hospital. It arrived and was signed for at the hospital and then disappeared??? Never to be delivered to the poorly patient. Biscuiteers customer services team got on to the case and sorted it out and the gift arrived! What a great service and thank you so much Judith Matthews”

“How I wish I could justify sending myself a box of Biscuiteers! The joyous thanks I have received for finding the most perfect of presents to say Good Luck, Congratulations, Happy Birthday, Sorry we can't be at your party, Thank you for a wonderful holiday, Thank you for letting us use your home and such like is almost embarrassing because the thanks should go to Biscuiteers. Everything is perfect: the design, the packaging, the taste of the biscuits which are truly delicious, the quality and artistry of the icing, the humour and the ease in ordering. There really is something for every occasion and I dream of an occasion where I could ask them to create something special - but I think that's a bit like Cinderella going to the ball so I shall carry on dreaming, and in my own small way, spread joy and happiness to the world through these beautiful, frivolous, special boxes of happiness.”

“Not many gifts are so trouble free as sending from Biscuiteers. I have used them for about three years and every time I am spleased that they have increased their range so I am not stuck when sending to the same people. Often they send me pictures of the biscuits or chocolates in their attractive tins telling me how much they enjoyed them I wish I had friends who sent them to me!”

“I have sent a variety of gifts, from individual cards, jolly gingers to tins of biscuits over the last 2 years and each one has been received with great delight. Some did not want to eat the biscuits as they are so beautifully decorated! Thank you Biscuiteers for a truly original and thoughtful set of goodies that we can choose from.”

“I ordered the happy birthday box of biscuits for my good friend. I chose the personalised option. They arrived in plenty of time, packaged beautifully. The biscuits looked yummy and so pretty ! I am hoping my friend will save me one...she loved them ????”

“Gorgeous packaging which makes it exciting to send a receive both small boxes and the tins. Everyone I have sent the biscuits to have been delighted and loved a 'quirky' gift. The biscuits are so tasty and the icing just perfection! There is always an excuse or occasion to send biscuits :)”

“Amazing service, I booked this far to late for my friends 50th in the Netherlands, so I was planning on calling him on his birthday to let him know they would arrive a couple of days later, but to my absolute amazement they arrived on his actual Birthday! I cannot begin to tell you how much this meant to me, so I would like to thank Biscuiteers for not only their heavenly personalised biscuits, but also their fabulous customer service. “Beautifully packaged - my daughter was thrilled with her box of dog shaped biscuits. She could hardly bear to eat them but said that they were just as delicious as they looked. Perfect present for a 13 year old from her siblings!”
