“The biscuits were beautiful and so were the boxes they came in. They were a gift to my parents who loved them as well. The biscuits were supposed to come one day but I got an email to say it couldn't come that day so I sent an email to Biscuiteers and they apologised and sent me a £10 credit, which I think was excellent customer service and were very helpful to me.”

“I ordered the Flower Power tin for a neighbour as a thank you gift for watering my window boxes for the past few months. The expected delivery time from UK to France was 7-10 days, but they arrived in 3-4 days and she was totally surprised and delighted and said the biscuits looked far too good to eat! Thank you Biscuiteers - we are now huge fans and look forward to placing our next order.”

“Just let you know the gingerbread biscuit man made it in one piece to New Zealand for my daughters 30th Birthday. He is now the new icon on our what's app group although he will be eaten before she travels on to Australia this week! He was well packaged and thus survived his long journey.
