“Although we are fairly regular customers you do not always give us the promised reductions when we pay for them-is this because they are presents for other people and not being sent to us directly even though we are paying for them all regards Mike”

“Biscuiteers is my first choice for buying presents for friends - great for birthdays, thank yous etc. They always arrive on time and they always ensure you know when they are being delivered which is reassuring. Having received many biscuits and chocolates from them over the years I can confirm they are always absolutely delicious and look absolutely beautiful.”

“The recipient of the gift was very happy with their personalised birthday cake shaped biscuit and it looked great. The only downside was Royal Mail failed to deliver it on the correct day even though I received a message saying it had been. It arrived the day after the actual birthday date which was disappointing.”
