“So excited our tub arrived today! As advised by Chris & Jay we are currently waiting for the water to reach the right temperature ........... we can’t wait for our first dip! Whole experience so far has been spot on, from the guys in the office to the delivery team who have been brilliant , very helpful and informative, highly recommend this company”

“We purchased our hot tub during lock down so didn't see it until it was delivered but we are so pleased with our choice, the whole process from first speaking to them to the delivery was just excellent and would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Absolutely love my new tub! Decided on Black Diamond Spa after a friend's recommendation. James and Jake were helpful before the sale and answered all of my 100 questions. Grant and Chris delivered and were extremely professional. My estimated delivery was 8-10 weeks and it came in 5, which was a bonus. Thanks for the fab customer service!”

“Great item at a good price, fantastic service. Jake and the team kept me in touch, and superb installers, even though they had to drive over 3 hours to get to us. A follow-up visit to assist with a minor issue and again they were professional and friendly.”

“The guys at Black Diamond Spa are great to deal with and always there to answer your calls or emails. I bought the Valencia 2 model and a hydraulic cover lifter and it’s great quality all round. Thanks guys for making a difficult choice easy. I would highly recommend Black Diamond Spas to anyone”

“We are very happy with our new hot tub. The delivery boys were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained to us before they left. We had a small issue with one of the speakers on the tub and they came out immediately and replaced it. Would definitely recommend this company.”
