“Jay and Jordan went out of there way to install my hot tub. Due to lack of access they had no problem using the farmers field behind my property to get the hot tub installed. The hot tub it self the milan 1 lounger is an excellent hot tub”

“After waiting 20 weeks for delivery of my Milan 1 lounger spa and many emails and calls to a not very helpful customer service we finally received our tub. Jay and Alex were absolutely amazing 👏 ... maybe the guy on the end of the phone should take a leaf out of their book 🤔. They were accommodating and nothing was a problem. Explained everything as they were going along. Told us what the procedure was and what not to do. Very easy to talk to and have a laugh with.. explained that no matter what problems we had (if any) just to call and they would drive the 5 hours to come and sort it out. Top lads .. a credit to the company that is for sure .. A huge thank you to you both Jay and Alex .. I hope you enjoyed our stories 🤣 and thanks for not stealing our Bulldog Stan. Keep being who you are lads.”

“When I first looked at getting at a hot tub this place was recommended to me by a friend . When I went to look round only needed 2 mins and choice jake was very good. When grant and Jordan came they were very good and knowledge able about how to proceed with getting it in my garden as it wasn't the easiest place but they managed it . I waited alittle longer for delivery but I'm very happy with .”

“The process from initial order and discussions to installation was extremely good. Really happy we chose Black Diamond Spas to facilitate our Hot Tub experience. Contact over the phone, through e mail and on installation ( Jay & Alex delivered a quality hot tub seamlessly....many thanks for all your hard work, professionalism and support ) was very professional and customer service was very high on the agenda”

“If you want easy, friendly advise with professionalism, use these guys. Jake was very helpful and kept me informed on the order, and the 2 guys who installed were great, Chris and Jordan. Even the dog liked them! Tub is great, all the chemicals advise were spot on and we are enjoying the tub daily! Thanks to all at Black Diamond for making the whole process easy. Matt - Worthing”

“Delighted with the service. Communication day prior to delivery and on the day by Jay and Ruby was first class. We are awaiting our electric supply to be installed so not use the tub yet but exactly as described and feel confident at set up due to the thorough explanation from the delivery team. Order to delivery was just 6 weeks. First class and can't wait to use the tub! Would recommend Black Diamond Spas.”

“Two days ago we took delivery of our Milano spa - we are over the moon with the style & quality of this hot tub. I was a bit anxious that the power may not be sufficient with it not being wired to the mains. I didn't need to worry. The power of the jets is really good and provides a lovely body experience. The delivery men Jay and Jordan were first class. Very professional and explained how it worked. Top installation lads! I would definitely recommend this hot tub company and the staff. Thanks diamond hot tubs!!”

“We ordered our Hot Tub with Black Diamond Spas in April 2021. We knew there would be a delay in shipping. Grant and Alex delivered the Hot Tub yesterday and were both very professional. They took the time to explain the settings on the Hot Tub and what we needed to do with maintenance and chemicals. Very good service from them and would highly recommend them”

“Such a brilliant company. Firstly they took the time to explain the differences in the hottubs (as I was clueless), they kept me up to date on the order at all times. They could not be beaten on price. Then the tub was delivered and fitted by Jay & Callum, they were the nicest people you could have hoped for. Very kind and considerate and took so much time explaining how to operate and maintane the tub. I would highly recommend Black Diamond Spas.”

“Had to wait many months for my Valencia 1 hot tub even though it was not the original one I had ordered but well worth it. Great service by Grant & Chris installing my hot tub. They did a great job of the delivery and installation and fully explained using and maintaining the the hot tub”

“Hot tub is absolutely fine and delivery drivers were great but service from the office was awful I'm afraid. Was originally told 6 weeks wait but ended up taking 4 months! Quite a bit more than the "slight" delay I was advised of. Also had to change models after 2 months as the one I ordered would apparently take even longer. Then ended up with an additional £150 bill from the crane driver as Black Diamond turned up over an hour and a half late on delivery day, not due to traffic, but because the delivery drivers weren't aware that they had to be with me for a certain time despite me reminding the office on several occasions, including the day before delivery! So in summary I had to wait 2 and a half months longer than advertised for a hot tub I didn't originally order with an extra £150 bill to top it off....”

“Had to wait many months for my Atlantis Lounger but well worth it. I have chronic back pain and after using this last Saturday I woke up Sunday with minimal discomfort. I look forward to the weekends now, it feels like Im On holiday ! My partner and sisters love it too and I’ve got friends asking if they can take a dip. I look forward now to the weekends Black diamond Spas have been very helpful in the after care maintenance and it’s great you can ring or email for advice. As I ordered it months ago, James was true to his word and I paid the price it was on the original order. Many Thanks.”
