Was sent the completely wrong order that was probably worth $100 more than mine, did the right thing and told them, had it sent back only to be then sent my order with missing products.
Waited a couple more days for them to send the rest of the order.
Any other half decent company would chuck in some freebies for the hassle but not these guys, they'll offer you 10% discount on your next order but no garuntee it'll be right..”
“Impossible for me to give a review of BBP as I am still awaiting my order from a couple of weeks ago (13th August) to arrive. Obviously COVID has likely affected deliveries into Perth however there has not been much communication around this, which I acknowledge is probably the responsibility of the courier company rather than BBP. It is a shame though as this is my first order with BBP as I wanted to see what else was out there other than my longstanding order history with another Australian online protein company. I look forward to getting to try BBP once it arrives”
