I never received my package nor the refund when I asked for it. I just received an email saying the product you purchased was cancelled and refund is in process. Its been a month since I asked for refund and no response from any member of the team. 0 stars from me.

Hello Dylan, thank you for bringing this to our attention and we apologise for the delay in fulfilling your order. We have shipped your parcel the same day it was ordered, 18/09/2022. Delay can be brought by different factors one of which is a huge backlog at the receiving depot. As of today, tracking information has been updated and confirms that parcel has been delivered. Information has been shared with you through email as well.

I'm sure the protein powder is good, but the courier you choose to deliver with has taken almost a month, and it's still not even here. I've since switched to another protein that delivers with AusPost and probably won't ever try to get more from you guys again. It's sad but too much stress trying to find out when they're going to "attempt" to deliver it during the day.

Good afternoon guy yes I did purchase some supplements from you guys and somehow it didn’t get delivered to the correct address and I can’t explain why or how this has happened but I didn’t and still haven’t received anything that I purchased witch is extremely disappointing and to compound the disappointment all the blame was shifted to towards myself I was a first time customer and had been given really good advice on your products and Wes extremely excited to get and try them out but as I have said earlier I haven’t received anything from BBP I would like to say that’s the customer service team the you guys have done the bare minimum amount of work needed to try and resolve the issues I also contacted the company in multiple different avenues ie email and via phone to no avail and left multiple messages for you guys to contact me and still haven’t received a response from anyone at BBP as a customer I do take some responsibility for the situation that’s has occurred but I know personally that I would not send my personal supplements to a different address that I do not live at, nor have I ever lived at a would have really appreciated the opportunity to been able to re-purchase the same items as my first order, but also was unable to do so due to the fact that it was a limited time offer and not even a single % discount was offered to me for me to make another purchase I have never had a problem with delivery issues before and I purchase over $800 worth of supplements a month I’m disappointed in both the company at self and the level of customer service I have received. I don’t like to leave bad reviews or any reviews for any company at all but I really do think from my position. There is some improvements to definitely could be made to your customer service.

Unfortunately not a fan, didn't taste like Nutella at all and left a gummy texture in mine and my partners mouth after trying it, would have returned it but you have to pay to return, so I gave it away

Not providing option of using PO Box address for delivery is a risk many are unwilling to take with delivery despite that fact that the sender (you) by law are liable for loss or misdelivery. I would consider the option of a PO Box delivery or Parcel Post delivery rather than imposing your arbitrary specific address requirement.

Im very dissatisfied with my purchase with the 2kg of protella with one being chocolate and the other choc fudge. I just cant get myself to like the flavour. I was recommended by a guy at work and im not trying to hate or anything but i dont know how he can drink it. :(

I purchased 2kg of protella from BBP. Firstly, the order was signature on delivery, despite that, it was delivered to the wrong flat. Secondly, upon receiving the packaging I opened both the packets, it smelled like rot…the taste is pathetic and absolutely disgusting.I ended up throwing the whole thing in the bin. I am switching back to Optimum Nutrition

I’m dissapointed, the advertisement is misleading. It states “sign up with email and phone number to receive free shipping”, yet, there is none. But you guys can just claim, in the future you will receive one.
