The signup didn't work even though it said " signed up successfull" or something along that line but upon clicking on the link I only got " subscriber not regconised" or something similar.
The create account button should be on the front page, not burried in the checkout somewhere .
The free shipping code was not seen any where, I only got it by calling in to ask about the singing up (supposed to get you the freeship).
The whole experience was so negative, I almost gave up to be honest.”
