“Good afternoon guy yes I did purchase some supplements from you guys and somehow it didn’t get delivered to the correct address and I can’t explain why or how this has happened but I didn’t and still haven’t received anything that I purchased witch is extremely disappointing and to compound the disappointment all the blame was shifted to towards myself I was a first time customer and had been given really good advice on your products and Wes extremely excited to get and try them out but as I have said earlier I haven’t received anything from BBP I would like to say that’s the customer service team the you guys have done the bare minimum amount of work needed to try and resolve the issues I also contacted the company in multiple different avenues ie email and via phone to no avail and left multiple messages for you guys to contact me and still haven’t received a response from anyone at BBP as a customer I do take some responsibility for the situation that’s has occurred but I know personally that I would not send my personal supplements to a different address that I do not live at, nor have I ever lived at a would have really appreciated the opportunity to been able to re-purchase the same items as my first order, but also was unable to do so due to the fact that it was a limited time offer and not even a single % discount was offered to me for me to make another purchase I have never had a problem with delivery issues before and I purchase over $800 worth of supplements a month I’m disappointed in both the company at self and the level of customer service I have received. I don’t like to leave bad reviews or any reviews for any company at all but I really do think from my position. There is some improvements to definitely could be made to your customer service.”

“I purchased 2kg of protella from BBP. Firstly, the order was signature on delivery, despite that, it was delivered to the wrong flat. Secondly, upon receiving the packaging I opened both the packets, it smelled like rot…the taste is pathetic and absolutely disgusting.I ended up throwing the whole thing in the bin.
