Nothhing but issues. Firstly, did my order (good pricing) included a bulk pack and 1night protein. When i ordered it said they had two Night Proteins in stock. Ordered and paid. Next day got an email saying they had no stock (even tho they said they had 2 of that flavour), so chose another flavour. Was shipped Aug 31...and heard nothing since. Been almost two weeks and heard nothing, order tracking is stuck on over east location. Emailed at least two days ago and got no response, yet got two emails for reviews?!?!?! disappointed, was recommended to Blackbelt by a mate but even he is shocked at the length of time and whats been happening (he also lives in WA and ordered his a day after me and already has his stuff). Very disappointed and wont be ordering again.

We responded to your email noting that we had raised a parcel enquiry with Aramex to determine the delay and expected delivery date of your order. Tried ordering 3 items from the website, was told there was a problem with the transaction so tried again. The second time the order went through, afterward I check my email & find that both orders actually went through. Sent a message to black belt explaining & asking to cancel one of the orders but didn’t get a response & was changed & they were shipped. After receiving double the amount of product that i actually wanted in 2 separate boxes I would say they taste pretty average which is the reason I only wanted 1 order as a test run. Won’t be buying again.. Not happy.

Delay can be brought by different factors one of which is a huge backlog at the receiving depot. We have made follow-up with the courier to chase up the delivery and make sure this gets to you. As of today, tracking information has been updated and confirms that it has been picked. Tracking details were also shared with you via email.

Bought during so called sale where discount code didn’t work. Left an enquiry with the team and also a note with order that it didn’t work. Team made no effort to contact. Not happy. Protein taste is ok but not the best. Will probably use other brands. Protein pancake is convenient but again put off from ordering from Blackbelt

The site is so confusing and difficult to navigate, especially given that I ordered 3kg of vanilla whey protein isolate but the picture was still of a Protella. Just FYI. I hope I just get my 3kg of vanilla whey protein isolate.

Very disappointed not sure if has been labeled wrong but Coffee protein not coffee flavour but plain vanilla flavour have not tried other ones yet but first impressions are nothing but a disappointment

Disappointed by the price increase (I haven’t seen it happen on other brands only bbp )The order I made got delivered to wrong address and once I proved it to customer service there was no offer of sending out another package or something for the inconvenience. Been a very long drawn out process and will not be shopping with BBP again

As you requested, the refund has been processed and details have been sent to you via email. For the price increase, there has been significant inflation in our raw ingredients prices, and we're doing our best to keep prices low without compromising the quality of our products. We strive to be as affordable as possible through our direct-to-consumer model. We're hoping to see whey prices come down in 2022.

Hi guys, I don’t usually bother with these reviews but I have to say I Really don’t like your products. I purchased the protein pancakes and they are awful, the batter doesn’t cook properly and the taste is very artificial, I also purchased the coco gains and the same , it’s powdery in your mouth and it is so artificial. I also purchased the caramello protein that I don’t even want to open to try it. So unfortunately I will not be buying again from you.

The flavours are horrible.. the Nutella flavour is nothing at all like Nutella, the reason why I bought the pack. The pack was cheap! Which was great if I was actually going to use it.. but I’m not, too sweet and sickly. Waste of money unfortunately, definitely would not recommend.
