“I have been waiting for my order since a week. I dont mind having it delivered a bit late but i have emailed them at least three times in order to get tracking info or know where my order is but all i get is no response and ignorance. Still waiting for my order and probably will never order again”
“I haven’t received my purchase. I know this is the fault of the courier company and not bbp however this company is hired by bbp and I feel that they should stop using them. The couriers are rude and difficult to deal with. It’s been 10 days since I ordered, my parcel has been in the distribution facility for 7 days.”
