Sent a guy, named Gary.
They hired Wiltshire tyres. To fit 4 new tyres, he damaged, dented scraped the back of my car, damaged 3 of my alloys. Blackcircle.com said that the tyres, was scared at some point by a curb, and the back if my car I drove into a white wall, I phoned Blackcircle.com as soon as I noticed my damaged as soon as the guy left, and told me that there is no claim from them.
This has caused untold stress, regarding this. Please don't use Blackcircle.com as they are hiring people that you don't want to touch your car. The company they used was Wiltshire tyres.

“We are a dealer for black circles and they offers no discount. When we ordered our first set of tires at full price we did not get what was in the picture with white letter. Talked to sales rep they hung up on me when I asked if they could send me tires and wave the return fee and send the correct tires. So I called back talked to the manager they do not offer a discount to anybody and the return fee needs to be paid in full. She said they could not do anything for me. So I guess the next 4 sets of tires I was about to buy are no longer. She apologized she could not do anything! Thanks Blackcircles you no longer have a good name at our shop! Very Poor customer service! Do not Order from them.”
“Blackcircles.ca shipped me product with defects and then they were unwilling to stand behind their product and was told to file a road hazard warranty which means buying another tire to fix it. Buyer beware. Never again. Not recommended.”

“Took my money, struggled on the site to make a booking as the sites they said had spaces didn't, then I managed to find a place miles away from me only to have them take my money and then cancel the day before with no explanation. If they had explained and offered a discount I may have agreed to another booking but the agent just said "ok I will cancel your booking" it will take three to five days to refund you! Disgusted!”
“Absolutely disgusting service from this company, from start to finish, Firth told me couldn't fit tyres on dates stated then arranged another date, then turned up on the date stated, mobile fitter put wrong mileage down and left a locking wheel nut off my rear wheel, so failed MOT.
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.... COWBOYS”

“Think very carefully before using this company. The garage fitted a faulty tyre which I noticed on the drive home. Went back to the garage and the garage refused to look at it and told me to contact customer services. Customer service without looking at the tyre said it must be my fault. So not there problem.”
“Booked for all 4 tyres to be replaced. Emailed me the day before saying that there was a communication error with the garage I chose for my tyres to be replaced at, and that they have to reschedule. No regard that that day is the only day I have free to get this done. Poor service, poor communication, poor experience. Very unlikely to use Blackcircles in the future, and will not recommend to anyone. Disappointed is an understatement.”
“Awful company, unreliable and extremely poor customer service. Ordered 4 premium Michelin run-flat tyres (£800+) order. The mobile fitter ATS Euromaster never arrived on the day. No communication. Only found out at 6pm they would not turn up and could not come until the next day at 2.30pm. Wasted an entire day off work. I could not do the next time and rely on them. They offered no compensation and said only goodwill after fitting. No one was proactive to get an earlier slot or figure out an option to help. Decided to take my business elsewhere and it caused a significant amount of inconvenience as I had to find a different fitter and tyres last minute. First experience with Blackcircles and even their fitters do not care - they were happy to have a complaint against Blackcircles and have no consideration for their customers. It's better to pay slightly more than this shambolic car crash of a company. Never got any call backs despite calls to their team and their WhatsApp team were beyond useless. If I could remove the 1* I would.”
“One of the most regrettable decisions I made regarding tires was purchasing this particular brand. During normal driving, the tire grazed a surface and caused irreparable damage to the alloy wheel. Despite having driven less than 1,000 miles on the tires, which were quite expensive, I received no compensation or warranty. The company dismissed my concerns, attributing the issue to road conditions and overinflation of the tires—an unconvincing explanation. This poor decision cost me over £500, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this product.”
“Sent me double the tires. Charged me twice. Took back one set of tires and won't give me my $2000 back for the other. Want to charge a restocking fee. THEIR mistake. It's now going on 2 months of disputes. STAY AWAY - you get what you pay for.”

They obviously don’t look at the fitting side of things any problems third party are thrown in the bin.
Our experience was roughly £700 in damages to our car with no compensation

“Sent the wrong tyres. They say I ordered wrong ones telling me im a lier. I put in reg number. It gave 4 options. They sent a different speed rated tyre. They just make excuses. Blame me and don't accept it's a website issue.
I sent screen shots they still make excuses.
They act in a defensive manor.
I would choose to buy from Asda tres on another company.
Shame on Michelin tyres the new owner. They now have a bad name. Shame on the bad staff that give them the bad name”
“I booked tyres through Black Circles and received a confirmation text for my appointment. I rearranged my entire workday and drove to the garage, only to waste an hour of my time waiting to be told they only had one tyre in stock! There was absolutely no communication from Black Circles or the garage to inform me, yet they managed to send a reminder text to ensure I showed up.
To add insult to injury, the garage staff questioned why I was fitting all-season tyres on my electric car. It’s my choice—there’s no need for that kind of condescending attitude. Completely unprofessional.
When I contacted customer support, the only suggestion was to reschedule the appointment, which doesn’t address the time and inconvenience I’ve already endured. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience—last time they fitted the wrong tyres on another car. I expected better but feel let down once again.
Black Circles needs to seriously improve their communication and coordination between garages if they want to avoid frustrating more customers. Very disappointing experience!”

“Ordered tyre to be fitted at a local garage on Thursday . Turned up as advised , no tyre. Garage had no contact nor had I. Called garage the next day (Friday)no tyre had been delivered. Again no contact.
Called Blackcircles and told them about the problem. I was advised that the tyre would be there on Monday in time for a very long drive on Tuesday.
Received a phone call moments later from the same operator telling me the tyre would be with the fitter on Wednesday!!
What an absolute shambles . I have now had to source another tyre from elsewhere and pray that it can be fitted in time . Also told that the refund of my money will take 3 to 5 working days .
Do NOT use this company. As with all these very large company's they loose sight of what service they are supposed to be providing.”
