“Sent wrong item in the wrong colour. Replacement then took a further 5 days. No offer of recompense or apology. Very inconvenient. Customer service needs to be much better.”

Hello, I am very sorry to hear that you received the wrong item, this may have been a genuine picking error. Our customer services do work hard to resolve any issues that occur and would have resolved this within 24 hours for you. The replacement would also have been shipped that same day if and where possible, therefore I am sorry if this has taken a little longer to get to you than normal. I do know delivery services across the UK are snowed under at the moment and also that you are based in IRELAND but we do try our best to get to you as quickly as possible, once again, please accept our apologies.

“I chose the chrome style which fits perfectly with other chrome switches and lighting in the room. When I get around to upgrading my bathrooms I will certainly choose the same style for those. A little feature that I hadn't noticed before buying was that there are 2 speeds of fan spin. The lower speed is just right for the utility room it is in. Maybe the faster setting will be good for the bathrooms. Delivery was spot on. I ordered 3pm on a Thursday and it arrived 9.10am the next day by DPD. (having paid the £14.99 surcharge for a quick delivery).”

“The web site was good with spot dimensions Delivery was quick Product was excellent. You may be interestedthat I am a chartered H&V Engineer with CIBSE, and we are starting a study on " Noise breakout from plastic ducting", which will mainly be on the rectangular types rather than circular ( if I have any say ). I wrote the section in the CIBSE noise guide based on tests at my previous company of Sound Attenuators,, Colchester Regards Alan Fry”

“Excellent quality products, German engineering with reassuringly long warranties. Low Noise Calm 125mm extractor fan & accessory purchased for utility room & far superior to previous one, nice & quiet & no condensation build up. I have also installed their external vent cover sound/wind baffle which is also excellent quality.”
