I had a blend jet that they recalled and blend jet sent a replacement. The new blend jet 2 has half the power of the original and the fully charged battery will barely make one smoothie. I contacted blend jet. They responded confusing me with another customer asking for pictures of my damaged packaging? Then they asked for a picture of the bottom of the blender which I sent twice. The pictures even showed up in the email chain when they were asking for it again. They responded a third time…this time asking for a video and another picture of the bottom. Frustrated by the run-around, I told them to forget it. Bottom line, the new improved version has much less power and no battery life. Plus their customer service is incompetent.

Blendjet had a recall I destroyed my old one now I have nothing its been over 6 months, they can have their garbage blender, and as far a their customer service goes, that needs to be recalled to!

At the moment, a year later, I am still waiting for the replacement motor/blades. I have sent 3 emails with no response. Money doesn’t grow in trees and it wasn’t cheap. Frankly it wasn’t even good when it was working. The adds show it crushed ice and frozen fruit: not a chance. Very disappointed.

I had a blendjet 2 that worked fine but they recalled it and sent a replacement. It sucks. It isn’t nearly as powerful. Barely mixes a smoothie and the battery is dead after one use. I’ve emailed blend jet five times. Some guy named Eli responds with messages like “I’m sorry it was damaged in shipping. Please send me pictures of the damaged packaging. I respond that he has me confused with another customer. He responds asking for a picture which I send him. He responds a few days later asking for a picture while the one I sent shows in the email thread. So I send him another. Now he writes again asking for a video of the blender and ANOTHER PICTURE OF the BOTTOM. I told him to FORGET IT! I’ve had it with their incompetent customer support and their crappy blender.

Recalled item. Replacement promised but never received even after jumping through hoops to destroy the old one. BlendJet is definitely on my do-not-buy-from list.

Was told part of the unit was recalled and to take that piece apart, send them a photo of it removed and they would send a replacement part. That was 6 months ago. They keep saying they are having supply issues, yet the continue to crank out new units. Wouldn't buy another one one a bet and recommend you look elsewhere as well.

My experience with belndjet has been nothing short of atrocious. I purchased my item well over 1 year. I received an email well over 4 months ago that my product was faulty, to destroy it and a new product would be sent out. Never ever heard anything again. I followed up more than 4 months after and was told they are having stock problems and offered the "blendjet 2" which I accepted. But then several weeks later after hearing nothing and following up they then tell me they can't send my item to a PO Box. I then tell them I have moved countries and due to large import taxes and having to wait over 4 months with no customer service, I want my money back as I already purchased another blender. They then tell me a refund has been processed without checking my card details. They have apparently refund the funds to a card I don't have anymore and don't even know which bank it's with as they will only tell me the last 4 digits of the card. Apparently they "can't" refund my money to my current bank card. What a load of rubbish. This company is the biggest scam. There customer service is disgustingly poor. Do not waste your money here. Go with another company for your blending needs. If this company was located in Australia they would be investigated by government and consumer affairs.

I ordered 3 blenders as gifts. One arrived broken. I contacted customer service about a refund or replacement. I was told due to " high volume " it would be a day or two. It's been over a month. No one responds to my inquiries at all. Buy another brand, this customer service stinks. Once they have the money you don't exist. I have filed a review and complaint with BBB, will do the same with Consumer Protection.

Bought a blendjet for my daughter for her birthday last year. Her blender was rebelled months ago and they made her remove a moving part in order to get a new blendjet replacement. Still no replacement blendjet. So much for her birthday present. Shame on you blendjet!! By a ninja, they stand behind their products!

It worked fine for about six months and then it had issues not working. The company gave me some solutions Which I tried and they did not work. I have written to them three times and had no response. I would not recommend getting this product!

Company sells garbage products they have a major recall and won't replace the units as promised don't buy from them.

This company is more interested in selling new Blendjets than satisfying customers who have destroyed their blenders at this company’s behest. I became enraged just now watching their product advertised on GMA. It made me realize this company main concern is selling new blendjets and not replacing those already sold. I want my money back.

It has been months since I've submitted my information for a recalled product. The only response received from the company is that they are delayed and there is not an ETA on the replacement or an option for a refund. Will not be purchasing from this company again

Never sent the replacement part after I followed the recall instructions. These people are thieves and bombard your email and phone with messages pushing you to buy their products. I mean, seriously, how many of these things does someone need? Had to buy from another company to replace the recalled unit Blendjet had me destroy. Avoid this company at all costs.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The recall situation is their problem. Not mine. They should be making it right as soon as possible. Not filling new orders before people that already had purchased. When I called . Several times. Same story. Running late. I finally put my big girl pants on. Called again. NOW they are going to get a replacement out to me. Problem. I have/had 3 my daughter 1. The colors you could originally pick from for replacements was a joke. I paid extra for the designs that I had when I originally purchased them. Replacement was green. Black. And I think purple. Anyways. The agreed (after 4 months) that they would send replacements out. Oh. And when I did call they said it would be July before the next round of replacements went out. Not good enough BlendJet! Once they agreed to send replacements at my color choosing. Remember, I had my big girl pants on? They told me 3 days they would arrive. I even got an email stating so. Well. A week and a half later. Still none . Called again. They told me another week. Big girl pants pulled up again. Not good enough BlendJet. Now they agreed to send immediately. About 5 days later I get a package. With the WRONG BlendJet in it!! Called agin. Again they are going to send me another one. A week later I got the right one. So. I am a very unhappy customer. The customer service was awful. I could barely understand a word any of these reps were speaking. They never admitted their mistake. Tell me one thing. Do another. My time is valuable. I do not have time for horrible service and on hold with a company for up to an hour just to be told to wait longer. The product itself? I do like. However, I would not ever buy one again. Spend the extra money. Go on Amazon and get a good quality blender. There are a few to pick from.

After receiving the recall notice from BlendJet, I immediately complied with showing proof my current model was destroyed. This was in December 2023. I received an email that my replacement was being shipped, this was March 25, 2024. Currently the product is still in Fort Worth, TX (Ap 11, 2024). I reached out to BlendJet for an update and AI sent an automated response. Sent a reply in hopes to actually get a better response and BlendJet sent another AI generated response about how to use their product. Unbelievable!!! This is not the first bad experience with their customer service. I would definitely reconsider purchasing any products from this company. It’s just not worth the empty promises they offer.

Should be -10. Horrible customer service. Recalled mine in December after having it for less than a month. Email today Said maybe June.😂😡. Recalls are not profitable, selling new ones are😡😡😡 Be accountable to those who purchased and refund instead of sending promotion emails

I purchased multiple BlendJets for myself and friends. When I received the recall notice I promptly complied with their recall instructions expecting a replacement as promised. Several months later I received another notice saying they were going to, again, be late in sending out the replacements. They could have easily and quickly taken care of the problem by simply sending vouchers to their (former loyal) customers or offering a refund but they chose not to. The BlendJet works fine but so do their competitors' products. Due to the terrible customer service, I'd recommend anyone looking for a small blender to purchase from another company - don't risk your money with BlendJet. In the long run, it's customer service that makes or breaks a company and so far, BlendJet's customer service sucks.
