“I’ve ordered through Blindster lots of times. Products are all very good quality. Website is easy to navigate. Samples are easy to get free before ordering. All of this is great but it’s their customer service that makes this company awesome. Real people answer you quickly- not AI bots. And they have helped me when I need to make a change to an order and it’s my fault. I’m a loyal customer because of the customer service. Most recently, it was Kim, who went above and beyond to help me with a mistake I made and her kindness made a huge difference in my budget for the next several months. I’m truly grateful to her. She even got back to me on the weekend.”

“It was a pleasure dealing with your service. I ordered 2 blackout shades original Order: #4763089. The larger shade was 1/4 inch too large. And I was pleased to note that there wasn't any issue to re-orded #4771451 without any issue with an extra $20 cost. I am very happy with both shades. Thank you.”

“Our blinds arrived safe and sound in excellent packaging. Installation was easy but found the screws a bit soft and a couple stripped easily. They look wonderful! We chose Blindster because other family had ordered from you and were very happy with their purchase. I'm sure we'll be back to order more!”

“Our blinds arrived in relatively short time, just as expected, and fit perfectly in our space. Our installation had a few challenges, partly due to the unusual space we have and partly because the directions had incorrect size for the drill bits. But we eventually figured it all out, and they look very good. Keep the bright sun at bay while allowing some view through the solar screen. When I called customer service about a small problem during installation, they helped me solve it quickly.”
