What a disappointing experience. Bloom Magic had been recommended by a friend and I was glad to place my order. The flowers and chocolates were for a graduation on Thursday but arrived at my house on Saturday. The flowers were wilted and looked dreadful. The address for delivery was garbled and I contacted the company to point this out. Even though the delivery was delayed, no one contacted me to resolve the problem, leaving me instead with wilted flowers and a hefty charge for flowers I couldn’t present to anyone. Truly unimpressed and won’t use this service again since previous gifts via inter flora have always proved faultless. Sorry to have to post such a negative review but it mirrors my disappointment.

I have written 1 review already that seems to lost.I will post another one.The flowers were severely wilted and nothing like the bunch I saw online.The flowers were going to Sarah Dorris.She had a picture of them on her facebook.I hope this is displayed honestly so other people can be warned.

The card which does not look like a birthday card was delivered with a half printed message...The delivery guy delivered that only (!) this morning and said that he would come back with the flowers its nearly 5pm and he doesnt answer his phone :( Worst customer service experience! Do not recommend!

The flowers were all wilted when delivered and looked nothing like the bunch advertised.If you look on Sarah O,Connor facebook you can see how poor they are.I am extremely disappointed with the service.For nearly 100 euros it should have been far better

Unbelievably disappointed with the tiny bunch of flowers that were delivered today. Husband ordered delux bunch for my birthday and he and I were shocked with the size for the extortionate amount of money paid. The website was so impressive. We’ve bought better value in the supermarket. Would hate to see what the smaller bunch looked like. Rang bloom magic and guy was very nice and we sent him a pic. He rang back a few hours later to say that what we received was correct and they would open up a bit in a few days. We’ve ordered enough flowers before to know what they should look like and include . Absolutely Won’t be recommending Bloom Magic. Will instead spread the word about the poor value for money.

My mum and sister sent me flowers yesterday for my 50th birthday and they were so disappointed when they saw the little bunches that I had received considering what they had paid i received flowers from marks and spencers and there was almost double the amount of flowers in them sorry guys I know we are in traumatic times at the moment but very disappointed with your flowers regards Karen o callaghan

I ordered flowers for my mother in laws 60th - over Covid we couldn't see her and I paid extra for next day delivery. I contacted Bloom at 4 and I was told the flowers were with the driver and will be delivered, 7pm still no delivery and i was told they deliver till 8pm, 9pm still nothing - when i called they said there was an issue and they couldn't deliver till tomorrow and since these was an delay they would give a free bottle of wine and chocolates - I thought this was fine as I didn't want to cause a fuss. The flowers arrived today with no wine or chocolates as promised and sat in a van all night so they were floppy. I also want to point out it was me contacting the company to see where they were - not once did anyone contact me to tell me they were delayed. Very poor service and communication and will not be ordering again.

Worst company ever do not order from them. I ordered 4 large bouquets and they were horrific. I emailed 6 times to have them rectified with no response.

Ordered for our anniversary, paid extra for delivery and they did not arrive, still says order is in preparation even though I ordered five days in advance. Not pleased with this service at all, won't be using them again.

Do not order flowers from here. Delivery was late despite being ordered 5 days previous. Candle which was to be included was missing and delivery was obviously a gift. 5 emails sent before I got any reply. Worst service ever.

Let me start with I never leave reviews, in this case I feel I have too. My Daughter's wedding has been cancelled due to covid 19 so to celebrate/mark the occasion we specifically went with this florist as they also have Emotive Processo which she loves. We placed the order 6 days ago for Friday delivery of flowers and Emotive Processo! As these are flowers one would expect a morning delivery but no the Driver rung @3:15 to say he was outside, problem was he rung our number (we live in a different county) I tried to give him our daughters number but he hung up! I spent the afternoon chasing up the delivery with the depot, It was finally delivered at 7pm!!! To make matters worse they sent Montegrande Processo instead of Emotive!!! To top it off the flowers keep falling over. Don't waste your time or money. Would I order again from them, never, would I recommend this company never! To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

The flowers were left at a different address, even though the address with Eircode was given, also the contact number of the person who was to receive them. They were not contacted luckily the honest person to whose house they were delivered to phoned us and we than had to go and collect them late that evening. Clearly no effort was made to contact us or deliver to correct address

Ordered flowers 3 weeks in advance and were dispatched at 9:40am day of delivery. They didn’t deliver until 7pm and it was red and pink roses- I had actually ordered cream roses. Unfortunately it was a very bad experience ordering with Bloom Magic. It Took me ages to get in contact with customer service via email

I ordered for my mother's 60th and what she received was shocking and nothing like what the picture suggested. The flower were not fresh and hardly any water in them when received. I also paid for the DELUXE size and the standard size wasn't even received. I am livid at the quality and standard which I have paid for and i will never use this company again.
