My grandmother received an order I had placed and literally a quarter of the flowers as per the image arrived-I emailed the company as they are not answering the phone lines and they have yet to respond, this company is taking advantage of the pandemic and delivery low quality battered flowers in a box and think they can get away with it by using contactless delivery on your door step, it’s a disgrace

Ordered a deluxe gift set for my niece for her Birthday last Tuesday. It was a special Birthday and she was also recuperating after an operation . She received the flowers but no Prosecco or chocolates . Very very disappointing. Could not follow up on the order by phone and found my emails were not answered promptly. So left wondering what was happening. Finally offered a very poor refund with no compensation for the missing items or disappointment experienced. Would not recommend this company at all. Bad experience ,would never recommend.

I'm having terrible trouble trying to contact this company re an order I put in yesterday. I inadvertently put a wrong post code in to the order but every effort to contact somebody has been ignored. . I corrected the address yesterday and got a message to say flowers delivered - they have not been delivered to my friend. Still trying to contact somebody to no avail. Terrible service. Never use this company again.

I ordered a Tulip delight gift set which includes Prosecco and Chocolates for a friend's 40th birthday.....The Tulips arrived and they were grand but no gifts..... Eventually got a condescending email with no real apology telling me that they had refunded me for the gifts ....To expect it in 3-5 days I was told and I quote they an 'artisan company not an assembly line', it's 3 things....Advertised on their website as a gift set! No offer to deliver the gifts separately. Really bad , will never use again or recommend

I made an order on the 26/04/2020 for delivery on the 29/04/2020 for an anniversary . The 29th came no delivery received i could not contact Bloom by phone by they emailed the parcel was with DPD..I contacted DPD they confirmed never collected the parcel i emailed Bloom for a response which i received none and today 01/05/2020 email to say Flowers may be lost and can deliver next week have requested a full refund.. DO NOT ORDER from this company very unreliable service have made a formal complaint

Absolutely terrible service order still not delivered was due yesterday for an anniversary order was placed 3 days beforehand . I have emailed customer service on both email and facebook and received no response back.

Ordered rosebud gift set flowers a day before delivery also request for delivery in the morning due a surprise birthday present cost €99,-!!! Since you can't call them I emailed Bloom Magic at 3 pm on the delivery date what time to expect the present I got no reply except the information that they received my email and being reviewed by the customer service team...... and more of that sort of nonsense. At 6:00pm the same day I emailed again to request a refund and cancel the flowers........ at 6:15pm the flowers were delivered unfortunately it was not a fresh bunch of flowers and the whole surprise was ruined. Up until now there has been no communication whatsoever from Bloom Magic. The whole experience has been incredibly disappointing and unacceptable.

My partner was thrilled with her dozen beautiful red roses it was unfortunate that the delivery was delayed by one day due to the courier company unable to make the delivery on time.

Save your self the hassle and stress and don’t buy from here, I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday they did not come on the day of her birthday which I was told they would and I was not even provided a tracking number to track my flowers, the flowers came a day later nothing like advertised, I would have picked up the same set in Lidl and paid 50 euro less, for the price I paid I am not satisfied at all.

Shockingly poor customer service. Charge went through and no delivery made despite recipient being on lock-down in home due to Covid. No response to emails and no phone call possible to Bloom Magic. Same with the delivery company they use. Bitterly disappointed and will pursue this. I can understand a mistake can be made in a delivery. I cannot accept the refusal to respond to all my contacts to get help. I only gave one star so I could post this. Martina

I ordered flowers on the 11th for delivery on the 15th, for a birthday gift, and they never arrived. I have sent 2 emails and had no reply. Do not bother with this company.

Absolutely disappointing! If I could I would leave no stars. I see I am not the only one who's had their delivery date changed. I put in an order for the 8th of April, only to notice they had changed the delivery date to the 9th. I emailed them first thing in the morning on the 8th, and they had replied saying it was DPD's fault for changing their schedule. Because of this delay,and because i had spent 70EURO on this delivery for someones birthday day, I emailed asking for a refund. There was no point getting them delivered on the next day. They ignored my email, yet proceeded to email me back 4 hours later at 4:30pm, which was 30 MINUTES before their closing time. The email was about the late delivery - something that I had already emailed back and forth about earlier that day??? Also why would you inform someone of a late delivery, so late into the day it should've been delivered?? Despite ALL my emails the previous day, the delivery still went through on the 9th, and with it I only received the flowers, and NOT the chocolate I had also paid for! Absolutely disgraceful! What's the point of paying for the chocolates if they weren't delivered? I also called up DPD, and they told me that the were only informed by Bloom magic about the delivery on the 9th, nothing was passed onto them on the 7th or 8th. I wanted to make a loved one's day special, and instead Bloom made it an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. Avoid buying from this place if you dont want to go through what I and many other clients have been through.

Don't bother with this company. They change the delivery date as their leisure without warning their customers. Pretty handy if you ordered birthday flowers and they are delivered couple of days later. Useless.

Not what we ordered. The arrangement was flat, messy and unlike the previous HatBox I received. Despite following the advice on the website and sending in an email I didn't feel that '20% off your next purchase was appropriate'. I don't like leaving negative reviews but after paying €52 for a surprise birthday present I didn't feel the quality was as described. I understand seasonal availability and the fact that the advertisement is a guideline however what arrived was a messy bunch of flowers.

Have had the worst experience with Bloom Magic! I ordered flowers for a friends birthday and was contacted on the day of delivery to be told that I had should have ordered through the Irish site for a delivery to Northern Ireland, not through the UK site, despite the UK site accepting the order. As I was assured delivery would be made the following day, which was already a day late, I agreed to the order being moved to the Irish site. The order was then delayed by another day, resulting in it being two days late and I was charged the cost per the UK website, despite the order being moved to the Irish website, which resulted in being overcharged. I have found the customer service to be terrible. For a company that offers deliveries on a weekend I feel you should be able to contact them on a weekend to remedy any issues that arise but when I tried to follow up on why my delivery hadn't been delivered on Friday I didn't receive a response until Monday. The way the situation has been dealt with is totally unacceptable and unprofessional and I will never order from them again.

Such a disappointment & simply not worth the money. Paid for Deluxe and Luxury flowers and got a cheap looking , badly arranged box with loads of greenery underneath and the colours we picked from the advertised picture were supplemented .Won’t be purchasing again and massively unimpressed .Hard heard and such such amazing arrangements but ours wasn’t what I order and expected .

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday from here two days ago. The delivery itself was on time - no complaints there. But, about 60% of the flowers in the bouquet are already wilting. This, in spite of ensuring they went into a vase as soon as we got the flowers with the supplies "flower food". For the price of the flowers, this is as good as robbery. Look elsewhere for quality if you value your money.

Very disappointed indeed I ordered a hat box arrangement, what was received was bunch of tied flowers with a separate box, that then had to be assembled my friend to attempt to replicate the image. This is very misleading indeed
