My advice is if you have a problem with your order do not phone them on the premium rate number. Call them on their free phone order line number which will take you directly to YouGarden not wowcher/blooming directwhich answers straight away. Ask them why they have not sent your delayed order and still taking new ones?? I asked them for refund and got it within a day or two. Please note that when ordering they may say a few days delivery but it can be between 21 and 28 WORKING days. If buying through wowcher phone your bank and get them to refund the money. Tell them you were mislead thinking you were getting from blooming direct not you garden (see their bad reveiws as same company but different name)

Absolute rubbish as a firm dealing with public, I feel they must be related to Plant Store who are also thieves via Wowcher.

Ordered 3 bags of compost March 29th and paid £44.94 which included my FREE delivery of £17.97. As of April 20th composted had not arrived. I made numerous phone calls and sent emails chasing my order until eventually someone did answer and told me, my order had not been processed. I was told I would have to wait another 21 days for the delivery. This was not acceptable so I cancelled my order. A full refund was promised within 5 working days. Since I cancelled my order I have had to make more phone calls and send more emails to get my refund. Eventually I received a refund on JUNE 1st. To my astonishment the cost of my phone calls, chasing my delivery then refund cost me £48.05. So ,ordering 3 bags of compost which I didn't receive cost me £48.05. Was Blooming Direct sympathetic? NO This company should be investigated by Trading Standards.

My Wowcher order arrived On time , sadly my cypress trees which were supposed to be large are far from it , looks like the original bush has been split into 4 , skinny pathetic looking trees and half the height stated . Save your money visit a garden centre

I placed an order on 8th April with the email confirmation saying it would be shipped within 7-10 working days. On 4th May, having heard nothing (and received nothing) I emailed asking for a delivery update. I received an automated response saying that I should allow 21 days from the date of order. Obviously that time had already long passed. Nobody bothered to personally reply to my email at all. (Despite the website saying they aim to respond within 24 hours) On 12th May I tried to call and spent more than 50 minutes on hold trying to speak to them over two phone calls. (25 minutes of that were whilst I was being told my waiting time would be '15 seconds') Having managed to speak to nobody I then emailed on 12th May, asking for some of the items to be cancelled as it was now so late, and once again asking for a delivery update. Once again I just received an automated response - but nobody bothered to actually address my questions On 14th May I phoned again and spent 18 mins on the phone, actually managing to speak to someone that time, who could cancel the items I wanted and somehow seemed to get my order processed in the system so I received an email the same day telling me the remaining items had been dispatched. You would think this was bad enough - ridiculous delays, no replies to my emails, a faulty phone system with misleading messages, but I have now received my phone bill where I have been charged £34.78 + VAT for the phone calls to them!! (Phone calls I wouldn't have needed to make if they had delivered as promised or bothered to reply to my emails.)

Terrible service. Waited over 21 days for my order and it still hasn’t arrived !! I’ve tried contacting the company a few times and they never reply. Do not order from here !!!

My order went in on 20 April. I accepted that in the difficult circumstances of lockdown delivery would take longer than usual. I was told up to 21 days. It has been 28 days and no sign of any delivery. All e mails get an automated response saying that it could take up t 21 days. No answer when trying to phone them despite the automated message saying that someone would respond in 15 seconds. Al in all a very poor service.

I understand that during the covid virus it was difficult for firms to deliver goods. Having said that it was over a month before I got my order. When it arrived the plant plugs were in a terrible condition and have only been able to use 35 plug plants out of 80. The packaging was fine so it was not to do with that. The plants looked badly looked after.

Ordered took 6 weeks to arrive. I appreciate it’s difficult times but really feel this company has over stretched themselves. Emailed to chase and never received a response, eventually got through on the phone and said my order would be dispatched within a week. It arrived this weekend and I am hugely disappointed. Such poor value. The plug plants are tiny and virtually dead. One perennial which cost £7 looks very poor. Such a waste of money. I certainly won’t be placing another order and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does.

My bank (used debit card) charged this company’s bank for my full refund, surprise 24 hours later I get a personal email saying they’re on way. All come dry and just thrown in a box and half dead. Plugs were just loose, some could’ve even be saved. Japanese anemones meant to be 9cm are about 1cm and look like a little leaf poking out of the soil where I’ve planted them. Awful awful service. AVOID.

I could have written half of the complaints below. I ordered £90 worth of items on 32 March. Received the compost a couple of weeks ago but no plants. No response from them. Unacceptable

Placed an order on 8th April. Confirmation of order received saying delivery would be 7-10 days. Nothing received almost a month later, emails only get an automated reply saying delivery will take 21 days.....and to only chase orders after that time, further email queries receive exactly the same response! Completely useless customer service.....suggest people shop for their plants elsewhere.

Demand is obviously too much for this company, shut down the website, stop taking orders and fill the orders that have already been paid for, no response to emails and premium rate phone number which leaves you on hold indefinitely.
