No one bothered to contact me and to make matters worse, they accepted an order for Rajasthan, a location they don’t even service. They charged me 200 INR for canceling, citing their 48-hour cancellation policy—yet they took my order at 8 p.m. with a promise to deliver in 3 hours. When they failed to deliver, they still penalized me. I had to follow up countless times to get my refund (even though I am not sure if I will receive it). Overall, it was a pathetic experience.”
