“This is one of the fraud site. I ordered for a cake and plant for mid night delivery. It was delivered however they charged extra Rs. 250/- for mid night delivery. I paid the full amount for the same and till today noon nothing was delivered. I raised multiple complaints in the website and also sent multiple mails. The customer number mentioned in the website is useless. Finally they delivered a cake and unfortunately I ended up paying cash on delivery for the same. Even though we paid money for cake, plant along with extra cost, we ended up paying the cost for cake again and the plant was not delivered.
One of the worst ever seen site and its a complete fraud. Not sure how they survive still with all these reviews.”

“I would give zero stars if possible! I ordered beautiful flowers expecting same day delivery little did I know that did not happen because apparently after the order was placed “my delivery location” was in outskirts and had to pay 200 extra for delivering there which was not informed on the site at all. After the payment I requested them to send the flowers immediately but they said it could not be done because of the location and acc yo their terms and conditions the delivery can vary which is fair and understandable but every time I asked for an update or to given my order priority as I was sending those flowers for someone else the customer care was rude and did not understand my concerns. After all of that I waited for the order to be delivered but after more than week I reached out to them asking for the status as they were not delivered they LIED and said delivery was attempted which I am stating as a BIG LIE as the delivery partner would have requested for permission in the society enter as well or I should’ve received CALLS but nope there was nothing. And day before when I told them it’s not okay and I want a refund in my account I was given a GIFT card……. How am I suppose to trust their site again. And I don’t want to as well because after all of this I asked to be connected to an authority but they gave me their customer support number which NEVER EVER EVERRRR gets connected.
I would know because I have tried calling at least 50 times. This was the worst experience ever and it was a frustrating experience as well and therefore will never engage or let any known engage with this site as everything is bad about it.”
“It seems Bloomsvilla a bogus online Flower bouquet website. I placed a prepaid order for a flower bouquet on 11-Oct and it had shown that delivery was available on the same day. Today 14-Oct, the bouquet was not delivered yet. There is no proper customer support available. They mention that they can respond only through emails. On the same day. I raised concern and till now no one replied or contacted me.
I suggest you not to place any order from this website forever and don;t waste your money.”

“This is a scam and people should avoid this website. Especially police should investigate this fraudulent practice of scamming innocent people using a website which has payment gateways to collect money and new to deliver the product. The Bangalore police department to look at this is possible.”

“Did not deliver the flowers to the recipient on birthday. Paid money for morning delivery. When contacted, initially said the address was 35Kms one way and will deliver same day on fixed time charges. I agreed and hoped they would deliver at least by evening. Writing this review at 9:30 PM IST. Flowers still didn't go. MONEY GONE! HAPPY EXPERIENCE GONE!!”
