“My Oder was supposed to be delivered on 30-08-2023 by 11:50( that was a surprise gift) but the courier person calls me next day ( I have paid extra premium for delivery at preferred time). We neither received the order nor the refund, following up since 2 days and there’s no reply from bloomsvilla till date. This website seems to be a scam, it not only ruined my plan but also my money ( paid 1800 Rs for the product). Please forward this to as many as possible so that no one else will be a victim of this scam.

Since then I am mailing them to initiate my refund but they are not doing anything and now they have stopped responding only since they are out of excuses. I kept calling their costumer service no one would answer. No replies on email. The flowers were delivered the next day, and they were not same as one I ordered. They are looting people in the name of same day delivery. There is no comtact number except one which never works. If you are ordering something even 2 days before, still the order will not get delievered..they will offer you to pay extra and then at the last moment they will deny your delivery using all formal words. If you will try to cancel then they will deduct some amount from your paid amount. This is how modern day robbery happens”

“I am giving one star because there is no option for 0 stars. These guys confirmed and took payment from me for a cake after I put zip code and they accepted order. The cake was for my niece. When I queried on the day why the cake was not delivered, I got an email that I would have to pay Rupee 400 another additional for delivery and they would process the delivery then. I missed birthday surprise for non delivery and on top of that they wanted to charge 200 rupees for cancellation. This place is a middle man scam shop.”
