“Extremely disappointing experience. Before placing an order, items are listed as in stock and available. However, once payment is completed, they provide excuses for their inability to deliver the items. Why can’t they verify stock before accepting orders?
If you request a refund due to the company’s inability to deliver, they will charge you Rs. 200 for the refund request.”
“This company is offering same day delivery but actually makes the delivery according to their whims and fancies and even though they say they will provide refunds for non -delivery, they send product after promised delivery date so that they don’t have to pay the refund. Their customer service is nonexistent and even after emailing the Head of Business Operations, did not receive any response. Beware of this fraudulent company and go for some other business if you don’t want to get cheated.”
“On the day of delivery they say it an out of service area while their online page accepted the post code entered for the same product to be delivered in the address provided, why did it not alert or give a pop up that’s it’s an out of service area ?
On the day of delivery Blomsvilla is telling me it’s out of area leaving me with no choice, despite following up with them on emails from day 1 the order was placed.

“I had the most horrifying experience with Bloomsvilla. I selected some flowers, added my address and paid the amount. Once the money got deducted I got a notification saying that the address was not servicable and I had to give an alternate address. When I asked for refund, I was given a coupon!!!! What kind of fraud company is this? Pathetic!!! Also for the coupon, I had to follow up at least twice. Fraud!”

Worst part was, there was no intimation and we were supposed to leave the next day, thats why we needed the midnight delivery. No refund, no delivery.
