I booked the cake at a time slot of 8 am to 12 pm for a reason if you people understand the value of time and occasion.Called your so called customer care on the number given on which i was at hold for around half an hour Miss Priya took the call and i in my tempted way asked her the reason for the delay she said she will come back to me in 2 mins...No calls thereafter.I went out and bought another cake in a hurry. I called on the the so called customer care number again to cancel the booking , they kept on saying.. we value your time for almost 20 mins.I cudnot tolerate thereafter and cut the call. Then i get a call at around 4 pm by Miss Ruhi or Ruchi saying your time slot is changed to 12- 3 pm.. What an irony she calls me at 4 pm to say your time slot is changed by vendor.to 12-3 pm .I don't know who on earth is vendor to change my time slot as if he knows when I want what.Then i happened to check the mail which said my time slot has changed to 7 pm.Is this kind of some joke or really you are doing some serious buisness taking customers time and money .I am sure you must not be having any complain cell...This wecare @ bloomsvilla must be a spam thing. I realised one thing ...go out and buy a cake...mush easier...Don't fall for photos you people show on website.You have nothing .
Finally cancel my order decently and refund my money back or else be ready for an enquiry.

However, the looks are deceiving. I ordered a gift for a same.day delivery and paid an extra 200 to be delivered during the exact time, which was in the morning. Not only they didn't deliver during the exact time, the delivery wasn't completed till very late night. I had ordered pink carnation for a congratulatory occasion from Bloomsvilla Website! Before ordering I had even checked if that delivery of that bouquet was available in that area and the website had showed that it was. I had scheduled for delivery to be done today, ie 30th August 2022 between 8AM-12PM. But I received an email today at around 11:15 that the carnations which I had ordered cannot be delivered and they were offering a bouquet of red roses. A bouquet of red roses for an occasion completely different! I had paid 1299 rupees for the carnations and I know that roses are cheaper than carnations. I emailed them several times to either give me a discount or to give me a different option. But these stubborn people simply refused to help. I even tried chatting online but no one replied.

“Broomsvilla is a FRAUD CUSTOMER CHEATER company. Do not ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER. YOU WILL END UP LOSING YOUR MONEY and after that YOU WILL BE JUST CHASING THEM FOR REFUNDS THAT THEY NEVER GIVE.
I had placed an order #BV2294807 on 8th August that had 3 items but they did not deliver the most expensive item worth Rs 799. I had raised several complaints with them but till today even after so many complaints. They you have not refunded my money back not delivered the item.
My biggest silliness that I again placed an order #BV2299646 that was specifically to be delivered on 25th midnight for which I paid extra. My order was not delivered at all. It was for my friend’s birthday and now whole purpose of sending tat is lost so I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. But in reply they send a standard email and do not do any action at all.
Their customer care number just keeps us on perpetual hold and no one ever picks it up.
Height of cheating the customers really.”
