it was said it will be delivered today 14th of feb by midnight. but nothing was delivered.
i paid 250 for midnight delivery and 450 surcharge cz of valentines day.
My order was worth 4000. I lost money and time by ordering from this mf website.
Most importantly it spoiled my valentines day and Anniversary.

“We just can not let them treat people like this. A lot of people here have faced it. I live in UK and ordered a bouquet for my partner in India and they did not deliver it. We just can not let them go like this. Let's file a complaint or anything if possible. it is not about the money only but the occasion they ruined and played with everyone's feelings. “Order number 23136574. Ordered on 12 February, committed date of delivery 13 February, it is 10 PM on 14 February, no delivery. Checked Order Status on website - it says "Out for Delivery" since last 36 hours. Called their customer care on +918035216581 - the number is ALWAYS busy, even at 1 AM in the night. Emailed them, no response. The chatbot on their website becomes unresponsive the moment you want to track the order. Unprofessional is too kind a word - they very systematically cheat people by never delivering what people paid for. And this isn't a small order - it is worth Rs. 3,000. If all these negative reviewers filed a mass suit against them for fraud, Bloomsvilla would have to shut down their website and go bankrupt.”

When I tried to raise a complaint through website so i got the mail that it will take around two working days to look into this matter.

“They don't deserve star. Didn't deliver on time, later said item not available, if I asked to cancel they said will charge you cancellation fee. Who does that, the item which you don't have and I wanna cancel then why do I have to cancellation fee of 10% or Rs. 200 whichever is higher.

I ordered a cake,Teddy & Greeting card with midnight delivery paying extra amount for it from US to India.I ordered with much more excitement of my sister occasion which I can’t celebrate it being her side & thought to surprise her with midnight delivery & paid for premium order.I have checked many websites but they was showing that there is no online delivery to that particular location & after so much of research I got this website & happily ordered.I got a call at 11.30pm in WhatsApp saying that the receiver is not responding.Immediately I called my sister & informed her to check the call.She said the moment she was lifting the call it got disconnected & called him back.she asked him about the delivery & the executive replied her that he is not in that location & left.He said that he will be delivering it the next day evening & disconnected.He replied the same to me.I pleased him to deliver it that night only if possible but by understanding his concern I requested him to deliver the next day evening atleast.I was in a thought that the order would be delivered by that time & asked my sister.She said she didn’t get any order till now.I told her to call him once.But he was not responding.I tried to call him.He never picked my calls.I told my friend to give him a call.He simply blocked my frnd contact.I mailed them they replied ur delivery is on hold reason-Receiver Not answering call.Calling customer once & the receiver not responding to call is there simple status & reason of not delivering the order.I don’t understand what this frauds get by cheating customers & playing with there emotions.If you people don’t want to deliver the order you refund the money back.Just looting money from people is not the right thing for you.”
