“Firstly, horrible customer service and customer support team. My order was supposed to be delivered today in the morning between 9 am to 12 pm, which did not happen.
Secondly, if it was on an infinite hold meaning the company did not want to fulfill the order, the company doesn't even convey that message to the customer.
Thirdly, when I call the customer support team in the afternoon, your team doesn't know the status and ensures they will call back in 5 mins which never happened.
Next, when I called again after three hours, they kept LYING TO ME about random emails/messages sent to me which were never received. Nobody takes accountability of not fulfilling the order or even conveying that message forward.
Lastly, when I was horribly tired of arguing about those lies and knew the order won't be fulfilled on the said occasion/date, I asked them to refund my amount. The reply received is that I will have to email the company for cancellation and refund (no option on site for cancellation/refund) or even your team can't do that if the option is unavailable.”

After leaving a very bad review , the order gets delivered at 9pm ! Don’t know how the condition of cake was ! The patient was not allowed to eat bec it had become stale after 9 hours outside. Never order from these guys again. In fact, this has left a very bad impression on other floral agencies for no fault of theirs.”

“Flowers and cake were delivered today morning. Very disappointed as no where it's mentioned in the description Blue Orchids will be artificially coloured! I wanted natural flowers not coloured one. Also half of the lillies were already tired and dull. There were meant to be 5 orchids and were there only two. The Bouquet is filled with unwanted green leaves which were not meant to be there and not in the picture or in the description when ordered.
Very disappointed, I would not be recommending Blooms Villa or ordering again!!”
