“First things first ,NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!
It was my parents wedding anniversary and we wanted it to be special,ordered my mom's favourite pineapple cake ,they delivered the wrong design and the cake was all messed up.The cardboard which acts as abase for cake was melted and changed the colour of the cake.
I am sorry but who in world does that ??
Charged me double for a half kg cake and it was nowhere near the promised product.
I am never ever going to order from this horrendous so called site I would advise you all not to do it as well.”

“I ordered for a midnight delivery paying extra 250 rs, yet they delivered the next day afternoon. When I asked for refund, they have sent 100 rs celebrations without checking if I'm ok with it”
“Rubbish company. No professionalism. They have the audacity to collect extra money for a specific time slot delivery and make the delivery at whatever time pleases them after that. To top that, they will deliver whatever they want to and not what you select. Please DO NOT order from them.”

They will not deliver your item at all. They will tell you that due to Covid we could not deliver your item.
When you will ask for refund - they will say you will only get a gift card of their company.
If you will ask for account transfer your request will be rejected saying you agreed for T&C while ordering.
Their T&C says, they may not deliver during Covid and they have right to not refund and can give you a gift card instead.
So its very clear their intention is to take your money and never refund.”
“Horrible customer service. Only informed me on the morning of the delivery that the arrangement I bought was not available. They then went to the wrong address. The flowers have still not been delivered forget about trying to have them delivered in the timeslot I paid for. The pictures I was told I would get have not come. “I had ordered 100 roses, however, they sent over only 75 roses. I will delete this if they either give me a refund or send over the remaining roses. It’s unfortunate that it’s so difficult to trust Indian companies because there is always an element of fraud.
