I please order it’s amount 499 but my payment received and they were told me your payment is failed. after that I will call customer care again but my number when I reject list after that I will call with my another number if she were told me you can send me mail with the screenshot but it still I don’t have any resolution means it’s a total fraud company they don’t give a services and delivery also.”

They will not deliver your item at all. They will tell you that due to Covid we could not deliver your item.
When you will ask for refund - they will say you will only get a gift card of their company.
If you will ask for account transfer your request will be rejected saying you agreed for T&C while ordering.
Their T&C says, they may not deliver during Covid and they have right to not refund and can give you a gift card instead.
So its very clear their intention is to take your money and never refund.”

The flowers have still not been delivered forget about trying to have them delivered in the timeslot I paid for. The pictures I was told I would get have not come.
