“I placed an order (order No. BV2139907) for delivery in Goa and paid additional charge of Rs. 200 for delivery between 7 am and 9 am. The order was not delivered as scheduled. Their service is very poor and they cheat customers. Do not use their services, unless you want to be cheated.”
“They don't follow the timelines for delivery NOR answer the phone calls. Not sure if they are actually going to deliver my flowers. Already ruin my occasion..

“First they didn't deliver in time, and one hours after the delivery time they call and say that I need to pay Rs 150 extra or they won't deliver the order, so I asked them if I would get a refund on cancellation? They said yes and so I told them to cancel it. 5 minutes later, they call me and say that I need to pay 200rs to get back my 600rs or I won't be getting a refund, just a gift card.”
“I ordered premium flowers bouquet for my parents 80th birthday. I stay in US After offering tli spoke to them and they assured that it will be delivered. To my surprise they sent me a message at 1 am my time that the flowers are not available and asked me to choose an alternate.when I woke up in the morning it was 6 am pst and 6:30 pm ist. I was shocked and called them and no one responded to thie message or calls . I felt cheated and they ruined a big occasion.”
“First ordered with them and never going to order again. Not the same basket on website which I ordered and no gift wrapping , no card. Very bad service. Called and complained, said going to get back. Not heard from anyone.”

“They are a fraudulent company, they take money but don't deliver. And they don't pick up the customer service phone nor respond to emails. I'm going to file a report to cybercrime regarding this company.”
“The worst service ever! Do NOT waste your money here. The service is horrible, they cheat and don’t deliver the right order, they don’t reply back to the complaints. If there is anyone who knows how to wreak someone’s special day - it’s these people. Please go to any other flower/ cake delivery online. Pay more if you have to- but don’t sign up or make the mistake of using this service.”
“Pathetic. First they put my order on hold saying recipient not answering the call. Even assuring the recipient is available and location shared is precise they insisted until they answered the call. It was supposed to be a surprise but they killed it as I had ask them to call. The order delivered had vase completely damaged and they never replaced it. None of them care to respond on the replacement. This was my first and final order from here.”
