“These ppldont even deserve one star, fraudelent company just wants to grab others ppl hard earned money. So as i live in cad but my brother is in india. It was his bday on 14th feb so i ordered a cake for him as a surprise, this fake company accepted my ordered on 11th feb and cake was supposed to delivered on 14th feb. On th birthday day i was waited till evening for the cake to get delivered but there was nothing that my brother received, so I contacted this fake company through email nd they told me that they put my ORDER ON HOLD BECAUSE OF OUTSKIRTS DELIVERY HOWEVER ON TOP OF 600 rupees for cake they even charged me 60 rupees stating valentines day, still oaid everything. But on the 14 th feb they didn’t delivered anything which literally ruined my surprise for my brother. Since then i am contacting them for the refund there is no response. Today is 21st feb it has been 10 days no response frm this fake company and they didn’t even gave me my money back.
MY REQUEST TO EVERYONE DONT EVER TRY TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM FAKE COMPANY CALLED BLOOMSVILLA. These ppl will take your but waterver u order frm them will not be delivered and they will not refund ur hard earned money. SHAME ON EVERYONE WHO IS A PART OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Be cautious!!!”
“This company is not deserving for even 1 star but I don't have any option Lower than this... there is no company this is only fraud website... no customer care nothing..some fraudulent make this site and one you made the payment then all done...no products will be delivered but they will mail you after 4-5 days for formality along with different different execuses for every customer like no. Not reachable,refucesd to receive the order,order is on hold.

The delivery promise was on 14th of Feb (Valentine's day), paid extra for it as well. The person to whom it was to be delivered wasn't even available to collect the bouquet today. There is no information whether it was really delivered, that too on 16th of February evening (Already two days late). Very bad service. Please provide a refund.

I paid a huge amount of money for flowers, cake and a gift for my parents 30th anniversary, only for them to tell me I have to pay an "outskirt delivery charge" even though their website says they "deliver across India free of charge". Nothing arrived, my parents waited all day for their gift only to be let down. This is a scam service, ease avoid at all costs unless you want your money to go down the drain.
