I ordered it on 4th march 22 from Pune with Order No BV2263748 with time slot 3-6 Pm. 1st vendor called saying they received an order as it was near by the house my receiver went to collect the cake but they later said that there was some confusion till then 2nd vendor called from 40 km far regarding cake and both were confused.I mailed the customer care they said they will send the cake by 9 pm. “Paid online for a cake on 24th feb. Website said that the cake would be delivered on 25th feb 2022 between 8am to 12pm. Received a call at 11am asking for payment of 250Rs as additional delivery charge. I Paid that amount immediately as I did not want the delivery to be delayed. I made an order after inputting the pincode. They said the product is available.
After the order is placed, and payment is made they say the product is not available and they will replace it with an additional Rs 150 for delivery even though while placing the order it was said that delivery is free.
The other option is to cancel with Rs 200 or 10% cancellation fee whichever is higher. Or get a gift certificate on their website with cancellation fee waived.
Either way your money is stuck.
The customer service number did not connect me for a full 10 minutes the first time.
When I finally got to a customer care executive, they put me on hold indefinitely. I had to be on call for over half an hour and then they hung up without solving the issue.
TLDR: They bait to get your money then you are stuck. Customer service is pathetic.

“I ordered flowers on 14th Feb for same day delivery. My order was punched giving "delivery before 8 pm" tag. No delivery happened till evening. At 7:45 pm, I checked the "track delivery" status and saw that delivery was shifted to next day. I asked the team to either deliver same day or refund the money. No one responded. Next day, I send an email also. Initially no one responded and later the team (without an apology), just wrote that refund is not possible. I followed it for few days and eventually gave us. “These ppldont even deserve one star, fraudelent company just wants to grab others ppl hard earned money. So as i live in cad but my brother is in india. It was his bday on 14th feb so i ordered a cake for him as a surprise, this fake company accepted my ordered on 11th feb and cake was supposed to delivered on 14th feb. On th birthday day i was waited till evening for the cake to get delivered but there was nothing that my brother received, so I contacted this fake company through email nd they told me that they put my ORDER ON HOLD BECAUSE OF OUTSKIRTS DELIVERY HOWEVER ON TOP OF 600 rupees for cake they even charged me 60 rupees stating valentines day, still oaid everything. But on the 14 th feb they didn’t delivered anything which literally ruined my surprise for my brother. Since then i am contacting them for the refund there is no response. Today is 21st feb it has been 10 days no response frm this fake company and they didn’t even gave me my money back.

The delivery promise was on 14th of Feb (Valentine's day), paid extra for it as well. The person to whom it was to be delivered wasn't even available to collect the bouquet today. There is no information whether it was really delivered, that too on 16th of February evening (Already two days late). Very bad service. Please provide a refund.
