“Excellent service from Bloonaway. While they weren’t able to send the balloon we originally selected for my daughter’s 8th Birthday, I did get a phone call to apologise and a replacement was sent (one which was actually nicer than the one I’d ordered, but hadn’t been available as an option before) The balloon arrived in a plain white square box - which has now been decorated - and with a colour coordinated ribbon and circular weight that can be worn, by a child, like a bracelet. Almost a week on, it still looks brand new. I’ll definitely be in touch in July for my other daughter’s birthday 😊”

“Thank you so much. My friend loved the balloons and it was delivered exactly when it was supposed to, with such helpful back-up service. Would highly recommend. Another friend was also impressed, so much so that the following day she ordered a balloon for a present as well! Will certainly use again.”

“Fantastic- delivered short notice to my son as a surprise for his birthday. I was in last minute panic on a Sundaynight- delivered on Tuesday guaranteed no fudging delivery time slot. No giveaway on outside of box- well done. He didn’t guess and he and his young family were delighted as the balloons floated out of the box! Excellent experience. If price was a little lower it would help, but seriously delighted with what you did for me in lockdown. Hope to get to see him n person eventually.”

“There should be a rating of ‘Outstanding’ as that it was Bloonaway deserves! I can’t emphasise enough how amazing this company is. Such professional, fast, caring and efficient service. Customer Service is absolutely incredible even during these unprecedented times of COVID-19, they go above and beyond to deliver the highest quality products in the required time frame. It’s the 2nd time I’ve placed an order now with Bloonaway and both experiences have been faultless. The balloons are so impressive and the passion and care that goes into the product truly shows from the beautiful detail, presentation and packaging. “Very helpful on the phone sorting out the date I needed balloon to be delivered. Saved me from having a disappointed child on his birthday and me from feeling I had let him down for not being able to get him one on his 13th Birthday in these difficult times when I have always got him one for every birthday.
