“I selected 3 Fabulous Balloons for my Grandsons Birthday and they arrived in a Lovely box (which he plays inside) via Royal Mail and arrived right on time ! They were perfectly inscribed with my message etc Thank you So much Baloonaway for making it such a Wonderful Day !!”

“This is my second order with Bloonaway. This time I chose to have 2 out of 3 balloons with text along with a large balloon and am very pleased with the result. Ordering is easy and was kept up to date with delivery info. I would have been happier if I was able to select an earlier delivery date but unfortunately these are unique times and I appreciate that every effort will have been made to offer the best possible service. I will definitely continue to place my balloon orders with Bloonaway.”

“Thank you so much for delivering my niece her balloon on her 3rd birthday. I am not able to see her at the moment due to COVID19 and it was extremely hard on her actual birthday but you made her smile. Excellent service. Thank you”

“So in lockdown, needed a "6" balloon for my son. Saw it, chose it, got to check out..........next available date - 10 days after birthday. Exitted, without a balloon. Two days later - got a "personal" email from Tilly - asking if I needed a balloon, any problem she could help with as my purchase was incomplete. Tilly opened the delivery date for the day before the birthday. In lockdown. Balloon arrived in time. Thank you. Customer service at its best. Even in lockdown. Thank you.”
