“Great service. They sent further information I requested on product straight away. Were available to call for advice. Price was great. Delivery was super fast. Product seems excellent quality. Very pleased with the whole experience”

“Unfortunately I was sent the wrong type of chair. However, the very helpful ladies in customer services quickly sorted it out and I had the correct within 2 days. To my mind its not how good the customer service is in the first place, BUT how they deal with problems that matter and they were excellent.”

“I am very happy with my desk, but more so with the customer support I received, from Victoria specifically. The delivery service delivered my desk with damage to my desk, and when i got in contact with bluespot they offered to replace the damaged part or offer a partial refund. As I had already set the desk up, I went for the refund to which Victoria ensured was actioned for me.”

“Fantastic desk ordered from company well worth the money paid. Had issue with TNT damaging the desk in transit and the blue spot were amazing, resolved with absolutely no issues whatsoever recommend to anyone needing a new furniture”
