“superb customer service. the desktop I ordered had a scratch mark on it upon receipt. I sent a picture of the damage and had a replacement dispatched the next day. Great studdy furniture. Very impressed”

“I wanted a good chair and a desk with two filing cabinets for a home office with coloured fronts to go with my decor - and IKEA desks just didn't cut it. The HD Valoir Deluxe Cantilever Desk with a Double Pedestal fitted the bill really well with an Aria chair. I phoned before ordering and the person I spoke to was really helpful and answered all the questions I had. The furniture was delivered one day before the estimate (I was informed when it was coming by phone and email) and the delivery driver was very helpful too and took it off the pallet for me. The desk is solid and of good quality and was easy to assemble with a bit of reading and using your common sense. I would heartily recommend Bluespot and this desk and chair in particular. Really pleased with the service from beginning to end. Excellent!”

“I bought a KOMO 2 Drawer Side Filing Cabinet in Blue. Before buying the product Bluespot went over and above answering some queries even sending pictures of the product. The product is excellent and came very well packaged. It is very heavy so it was a hard job moving it upstairs to my home office but once in place it looked great. The only slight issue the colour on the web site appears to be a dark Blue but the colour is much lighter and is a more of a cyan or Aqua Blue colour.”

“I posted a 2-star review about a Bluespot desk. The company responded promptly and (to my surprise) had a fix for the problem. My fault for failing to contact them first. Unprompted, they posted pre-drilled packing blocks with fixings which solved the problem as well as can be hoped for. So even if I had a problem with one product, I can't fault Bluespot's customer service. Well done, Bluespot!”

“My Son needed a strong well built computer desk for his large gaming PC to fit under the desk with important adequate airflow for the gaming PC, the desk fitted all my requirements, & he also uses this desk for his homework, Indeed I am pleased that the staff were able to help my delivery requirements as a disabled person in a apartment,”
