delivered on time, but the quality is not good at all. The locks of both desks don't work and I have to take them out completely from the drawer. wood is cheap quality but you charge me nearly £600 per each ....over price!

Only offer kerbside delivery even though they deliver large furniture items. When we didn't accept delivery as they wouldn't take up one flight of stairs or put in our lift, the fees are extremely high - invoice value less a handling charge of 30% and a carriage charge of £55.60. Read their Ts and Cs very very carefully!!!!

Apologies for your experience, however, kerbside delivery is standard practice for most couriers regardless of the type of products. For future reference, we do offer a 2 man white glove delivery service if requested. With regard to our return policy, processing goods and re-stocking incurs a cost as stated in our T&Cs accordingly.

No extra packaging received damaged desk 2 weeks later only half the damaged parts replaced and no replies to emails

Sadly the Black Valoir Panel End Desk with Single Pedestal - 1800 mm I purchased droops badly in the middle and I had to buy some extra table legs to support it. This is a design fault. The tabletop needs better support along its length (probably a metal frame) I emailed customer support but did not receive a reply. For a desk that cost over £300 I'm very disappointed and would NOT recommend purchasing from this company.

Delivery due Tuesday 3rd it never arrived then on Wednesday also the same no sign of the furniture. I would suggest that the company improves their transport options as this is a reflection on the overall service. I eventually ended up buying elsewhere as I was left with no furniture and for two days wasted waiting for a delivery that wasn’t happening.

Dear Karl, We thank you for your review, we do where possible endeavour to fulfil all deliveries on the date of the order confirmation, on this occasion and due to exceptional circumstances the delivery via Pallet Network was impacted by a number of Covid constraints. Our Customer Service team attempted to obtain updates for you across both days, without success. For this we do apologise. The concerns have been passed across to the transport provider. Who have also passed across their apologies for the delays and inconvenience incurred. A full refund will be processed this morning by our accounts team.

I would AVOID this brand again at all costs!! I have had a terrible experience from BlueSpot furniture with a list of errors which went wrong! Sorry BlueSpot, I don't ever write reviews but there was a list of errors which has gone wrong with my order and it's unacceptable. I'll begin in the order of events which happened. Ordered my table and chose selected day for delivery which was easy enough... The table didn't arrive on the day it said it would be delivered, after waiting in all day I found this frustrating. The next day it got delivered.. Great!! But, I didn't have all the right screws to actually put the table together. I contacted customer services on the live chat and got told I need to email instead (not very helpful)... I emailed and was told the screws will be sent out the next day. Today I received the screws, but still the wrong screws was sent to me and I STILL couldn't fit my desk together! (What a mess). I then noticed my desk had a big dint on the table top and a big scuff (see image). No helpful customer service to try and resolve the matter and at this point I think its clear that there is a lot of incompetencies which has lead to all of this. I would AVOID this brand again at all costs!!

Dear James We are sorry to hear of your experience, I am advised by our Compliance Manager that he has responded and actioned your requests when you advised us initially on 27th of missing screws, these were posted out that evening (Royal Mail 1st Class). The missing parts were received the following day, where we were then advised of "a big dint and damage" and the requirement for "C - Plug". With this we offered to replace the top panel and send out the appropriate fixings and he also apologised for the mix-ups in sending the incorrect fixings the day previously. I am aware our Compliance Manager replied to you at 16:52 yesterday and can see that we are supplying a replacement desk top for you. We understand your frustration with regards to the damage and missing fixings, however we do assure you that our service is not a reflection of your experience and that we expedited replacements as soon as we were notified. We are on occasion at the mercy of courier services taking care and delivering your order when requested and in A1 condition. The matter of the delayed delivery and the damage has and is being raised with the courier. We do hope that the replacement desk top allows you to build and enjoy using your Bluespot Furniture Desk.

The product was good but we paid for next day delivery to be on my sons birthday and it didn’t arrive until 3 days later. No good and needless to say my son was very disappointed. Contacted you about this and am still waiting for a response. Not a good experience!

Rosella, We are sorry to hear about the delayed delivery of your sons furniture. I will contact you to assist you with your concern. Having traced the order back with the courier it does appear that the delivery was misdirected by the courier company, and for this we do apologise.

Desks and chairs arrived no problem. However, the book shelf was delayed at least twice and was late arriving. It arrived without instructions and we cannot work out how to safely attach the top part to the bottom. Was not impressed at all by this, especially as it was not cheap at all.

Apologies this was not placed with the goods when despatched. I’ve ordered a desk for gaming which came but the main problem is iam missing almost all the screws, as you can see on that picture i took those are all screws i got. I do not recommend this website

Sub par quality, my furniture came damaged and doesn’t look good once assembled. Post purchase customer service was also pretty bad. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop at this place.

I would like to add that our Compliance Manager responded to your email within 30minutes of receipt with an offer of a resolution to your matter, and the following morning posted our the cover caps for the cam screws. At Bluespot furniture we pride ourselves on offering exceptional quality, hence our Industry leading Manufacturing guarantees. Given this we do apologies if you have received a product that did not meet with expectation.

Furniture arrived broken on 2 occasions, the exact same piece sent out to me twice. Badly delivered on a big pallet in the street which was dangerous. Even if it was intact it did not fit the description of the purchase being mostly "chipboard" as apposed to metal. Customer service team were good at arranging for the piece to be swiftly picked up and have processed a refund which was good but cant recommend given the awful product.

I did not get dispatch notification and had to contact customer services. Desk is ok bit disappointing, I mean its not utter terrible but it’s far from being quality. I can’t disagree with other person’s comment that it appears to be cheap chipboard, which is keep together with another piece of chipboard barely screwed together. The desk itself is very shaky and I fear what would happen if you put any weight on it. I did buy the biggest desk so maybe the smaller ones are not so shakey. It replicates the look of an office desk but I am not sure it’s not the quality. I bought 800 ped however the drawer depth is very shallow compared to the size of the ped. I was disappointed with this as they do not tell you the ped depth on the advert. I wrongfully assumed the bigger the ped the bigger the drawer, seemed logical to me but apparently not. It seems bizarre that you would have such a big ped and leave around a third unused. If I knew the smaller ped had the same depth I would have bought it, things also fall out into the back of the ped which is a pain because it’s so deep. They should tell you the depth. Customer services did not seem to care much ignoring most of my comments, I explained they should really note this on the listing for future which they ignored. I was looking to exchange the ped for the smaller one, but they didn’t even entertain the idea. They suggested I would need to pay for the return and would get a price but have not even got back to me. They basically gave me the cold shoulder. They also make you use their courier and I assume the fee is probably high. To be honest I get the feeling they put every barrier possible to prevent you exchanging/returning items. I expected more I could not recommend this company, for the money you would expect a better product and you certainly expect better customer services.

Desk went together easy enough. However, when we moved the desk on our shiny showroom floor, the whole thing collapsed in a heap. The build quality is simply shocking ! The design is awful. The small plastic dowels only locate into the cheap chipboard by around 10 mm. Complete rubbish.

One off the worst furniture shops i ordered a desk 3 months ago still no information when it will be he apparently it was out off stock and didn't say anything about it 1/10!

As we manufacture all of our products to order, we very rarely have any stock issues, except when component parts are running late, but this is very rare. I was really disappointed that in September I ordered a desk and now 2 months later it has been discontinued. This means I am stuck now with trying to match the desk as i need a second one in the office. There was no mention to me at the time and the desk was not on offer for me to get an inkling. The company cannot do anything and are trying to lead me to similar items. There has been no offer of goodwill discount. I feel a bit cheated as a returning customer sobi wouldnt recommend shopping here.

After not receiving my order during the shipping period chosen and hearing nothing from them, I called to enquire about the order, and they promised they would compensate for the delay - they didn't and I should have cancelled then. After receving the order I found the furniture to be extremely heavy, kerbside delivered and had no assembly instructions whatsoever, so I returned it. Collection was an even worse experience, with drivers refusing collection or being annoyed about picking the massive thing up. On top of everything my refund was incomplete as I got a whopping £55 return charge I never agreed to. Beware

Hi Julio, we're very sorry that you are not happy with the service that you received. We apologise for the issues you had with our transport company, we have fed this back to our courier. We also apologise for the problems you had with the collection of your furniture, again, this feedback has been provided to our courier as there was no reason that they were unable to collect it when arranged. Unfortunately, we do not offer compensation for delayed deliveries that are sent using our free delivery service. Our furniture is all made to a very high standard out of quality materials that are designed to withstand commercial use, which accounts for the weight of your delivery. We do also in our terms and conditions and on our delivery information page that deliveries are kerbside due to the size of the furniture. In terms of assembly instructions, as the cabinet you had ordered is sent fully assembled, instructions are not required, which is why they were not provided. When it comes to the charge for returning your furniture, this was arranged with you by our customer service team, as we require customer agreement to this charge before arranging a collection. It is also stated that returns will be subject to a return charge in our terms and conditions. Again, we are sorry that you were not happy with the service you received and that your delivery was not as smooth as we would expect.
