Where do I start?? Had the computer table delivered at 4.15pm on a Friday. Draw cabinet missing. Back panel smashed in half. Table top corner bashed. Looked like it had been run over by the delivery lorry. Contacted by phone on 3 different numbers at 4.20 pm No answers, just a recorded message open till 5.00 pm. ! Sent 2 emails to the email address on invoice, both bounced back. Now why do you think I left 1 stat rating, if there was a zero, I would have put that. I will be phoning after the bank holiday to get a resolve. Not impressed as this was a birthday present on that Friday.

We can assure you that no damaged orders leave our warehouse and that we will do all we can to resolve this for you quickly. Please email details of your delivery and photos of the damage and packaging to our customer service team at help@bluespotfurniture.co.uk so they can deal with this for you and raise it with our courier. We're very sorry that you were not able to get hold of us on Friday, we recently had to change our opening hours due to coronavirus so our office closes at 3.30pm on Fridays. We are now open and will do all we can to address the issues with your order. Once again, we apologise for the damage to your order and for the disappointment and inconvenience this has caused.

On receipt of the desk I found there was no desk top, socouldnt set it up and more importantly, couldn't use it. There were 4 parts to the desk but only 3 were loaded onto the delivery truck. Cant comment on the quality of the desk yet......

Hi Patrick, we're really sorry to hear that you did not receive all of the parts for your desk at the same time. All furniture parts leave our warehouse together and at the same time, unfortunately, some deliveries have been getting split by the courier once they reach the depot. This can mean that parts are loaded onto different vans and that some parts of the delivery are delayed. We're really sorry that your order is one of those affected. Ordinarily, the missing part arrives the next working day if not the same day, however, if you have still not received your desk top, please let our customer service team know by calling them on 0800 804 4760. They will look into the delivery for you and let you know when you can expect your desk top. We're incredibly sorry for this delay and for any inconvenience it has caused you.

Still waiting on parts for my 2 desks I ordered paid for next day delivery been 4 days still waiting 2 parts of desks

Hi Paul, we're incredibly sorry that you have not received all parts of your desks yet. Unfortunately, some deliveries are currently being split by the courier after they leave our warehouse, which means some parts are being loaded onto separate vans and end up getting delayed. We apologise that you're order has been affected and for the inconvenience this has caused you. Normally, the separate parts arrive the next working day, but if you have still not received the rest of your desks, please contact our customer service team either by email on help@bluespotfurniture.co.uk or phone via 0800 804 4760 and they will look into this for you. Ordered this nearly two weeks ago. Got 2 emails to say it’s been processed after it’s delivery and can’t get a hold of them.

Hi Sean, it looks as though your order should have been with you on May 22nd, as it was dispatched from our warehouse on May 21st. We are really sorry that there was a delay with your order, as we usually expect standard deliveries to be delivered within 7 working days. Unfortunately, our couriers have been experiencing depot closures and staff shortages due to the coronavirus, which has affected some orders. If your order has not arrived with you yet, please either email our customer service team on help@bluespotfurniture.co.uk or give them a call on 0800 804 4760 and they will be happy to help you with your order. We apologise if you have not been able to get hold of us over the weekend, we now close early on Friday afternoons and were closed for the bank holiday. Hopefully we will be able to sort out your order for you quickly today.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered for next day delivery, and was emailed to say it had been dispatched! The day it was due to be delivered I was informed it would be delayed to the next day. Still no delivery, I waited 24 hours and called, told that TNT deliver till 18:00 and it is in transit so should be with me - still no delivery! Then an email to say that 'part of my order would be arriving, but not all of it that day' NO! STILL NO DELIVERY! Now on Friday, so I called and was told it will not arrive now until Monday - A whole week after ordering it! As polite as the Customer Service Reps are, making the comment when challenged on next day - I am polite and recognise it is a difficult time for all - that "...Bluespot had dispatched it that day of order to TNT for delivery, and when it is with them it is out of their control!' WRONG! You have a contract with TNT as your supplier, it is your responsibility to ensure your supplier is carrying out your wishes i.e. Next day delivery! You are advertising falsely for next day delivery! It is something you are unable to achieve! The delivery service is appalling. Customer Service very polite. Oh! How I wish you could match it together.

I ordered a desk that came on time that was good part . The desk did not have a full set of assembly drawings also parts don’t go together . When eventually assembled without full drawings the parts don’t match . Called customer services told me will call me back or send drawings no called or emailed.now have a partly assembled desk and damaged door and no feed back . This should be a simple process .

Be careful of a misleading website. I ordered a rectangle desk (Rectangular Desk with Cantilever Legs - as stared on the website, however what showed up was a tiny SQUARE desk. I checked my order, checked their website and it definitely states RECTANGLE desk. Now to return the desk they want £30. Be careful of their deceptive imagery and place your orders with more trustworthy companies. NOT recommended.

Hi Adam, We're sorry that you were not happy with your desk. The product you have ordered clearly states that it has a depth of 800mm. You then selected an 800mm wide option and were sent an 800mm by 800mm desk. As a square is a type of rectangle with equal-sized sides, what you received was exactly as described. Our website also clearly states that images are for illustrative purposes only and that you should check your selected options before ordering. If there is anything else we can do to help, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

The delivery driver was disgusting!! Wouldn’t help me at all and it was only 2 under desk draws but they were heavy for a 5ft 2in female. Would Not even take back the pallet yet the first one did. The last one said. That’s why it’s cheap stuff!!! In front of other companies in the same services offices. At least they know never to use this carrier.

We will, be discussing the attitude of the delivery driver with our courier, as it seems he behaved in an unprofessional manner, which is not something we would expect from someone representing our company. With regards to the delivery itself, unfortunately, as per our delivery terms (https://www.kitoutmyoffice.com/pages/free-delivery-office-furniture), our delivery is kerb-side only and the responsibility for the disposal of the pallet lies with the customer. This is standard practice with pallet deliveries and is unfortunately not something that we can change. The reason that we use pallets for deliveries, is to minimise the risk of damage to furniture in transit, ensuring that you receive a high-quality product in perfect condition. We are very disappointed that you have decided to rate us so low based solely on the courier, seemingly not taking into account the quality of the product or the customer service that you received. Bought 2 desks. Delivered strapped to a forklift pallet. No effort by the driver to move this any further than the pavement, and he refused to take the pallet away when asked. It's cheaper to leave it with you, so that's what I'm doing, he said. If they don't want the pallet back then they should not deliver on one. I contacted the company, and they were rather disinterested, and so it still sits on the pavement. I won't use them again, and you do so at your own risk. There are clearly more helpful outfits around.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the delivery of your items. Unfortunately, as is standard in the furniture industry when dealing with large items, our delivery terms (https://www.kitoutmyoffice.com/pages/free-delivery-office-furniture) clearly state that we offer a kerbside delivery and that the disposal of all packaging, including any pallets, is the responsibility of the customer. While we appreciate that the delivery of a pallet may not be convenient for all customers, it is the safest and most cost-effective way to deliver large items. In recognition of this, we do offer a premium delivery and installation service for customers who wish to avoid this situation, but with the delivery option you selected, the delivery service was as described. With regards to your comments relating to the disinterest of our team to your enquiry, you will be well aware that this is not true. We contacted you in order to offer a resolution to your issue, but you were, unfortunately, unwilling to accept the solution that we were able to offer. if you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to get in touch and our customer service team will be happy to help.

Desk arrived poorly packaged and therefore badly damaged. New replacement desk exactly the same. Requested full refund - would not recommend.

Unfortunately, in this instance, we were let down twice as the courier mishandled your product, resulting in damage to the desk. 1. Paid extra for AM delivery and driver shows up at 12:40 2. Without using any hammers, one of the wooden dowels went through the shelve (the hole must have been drilled really close to the surface) 3. The holes of the inner divides of the upper unit are in the wrong place (fine for top shelf but wrong for fixed shelf). No idea yet how I am going to deal with that, but for sure it is going to be extra work 4. Not clear how to attach upper unit to desk. The upper unit assembly instructions refer to "desk fixing assembly," but they say NOTHING about fixing the upper unit. In fact, my desk instructions are for a different desk (one without the side unit)

Not next day delivery, phoned at 4pm, assured it was on its way! Waited in my office until 6:20 For a no show The day after, only 2 of 3 packages arrived, packages ripped/open, haven’t checked contents yet, away on business, will check on Tuesday that 3rd parcel has actually arrived

Please be assured that the delivery was certainly despatched on time for a next day delivery, so, unfortunately, this delay in delivery was due to a failure on the part of the courier. Hi Richard, We’re very sorry to hear that you feel there were issues with both your installation and products. Having spoken to your colleague following the installation, we were assured that he was very happy with everything. Although there was a slight time lag between the courier and installer arrival times, this was due to the early arrival of the delivery but was quickly resolved once the installers arrived. With regards to the products you received, we have checked what was sent to you and, as per your order, an 8 person and two 4 person bench desks were delivered. The R8 Lite bench system is highly configurable and, from speaking to your colleague, it appears that the way the desks were constructed as a 12 person bench and two 2 person benches was a request made by your colleague rather than an error from the installation team. It is entirely possible for the desks to be converted back to an 8 person and two 4 person benches, should you choose to do so. I was sent the wrong directions for the desk I ordered. I had to re-build the desk twice and when I asked for some form of compensation, I was declined. I have 7 offices that needed to be set up and the first order was a test to see if I like the product, which I did. Unfortunately no compensation was given. I wasn't asking for much.

The instructions were dreadful and difficult to understand, I found it very difficult to put up, there was one set of instructions missing completely. The desk is ok but much cheaper quality than I expected.

Only one part of the table arrived next day - e-mailed to let them know that I am still waiting for other 2 parcels after 72 hours still no reply or respnse and only one parcel - terrible aftersales and company - avoid like the plague

i am extremely disappointed by the service. Having ordered the uclick desk with storage because of next day delivery, while it was delivered in time because this was a storage desk there was no overall set of instructions and i had to interpret things myself to adapt this. Okay but then there were two screws missing to attach the bracket to the desk and secure the top. I called the office and new screw were delivered next day however only one was the correct screw, I called again on to ask for the correct screw to be sent and no arrival in Sunday post or today. Clearly not a priority to send this first class. I paid over £400 for a desk I still can't use. Hardly what I would expect from a company meant to cater to the business client.

I had a delivery booked for a particular day, which I waited in all day for. It didnt turn up and I was told the following day that the driver had run out of time (TNT). The next day delivery was apparently attempted in the morning however a note was not left by the driver (this is apparently normal!!). The next day, again no delivery turned up and when I called the office I was told delivery had been attempted and failed at a time when I was in. As kit out your office seemed unable to use a competent courier firm, I felt the only option was to cancel my order and get a desk elsewhere. When I suggested this to the office staff who was dealing with the delivery problems, the option to cancel my order seemed almost welcomed (to get rid of the problem) rather than attempting to despatch my order with anothe courier company for example. Very disappointed in the service. I have since ordered a similar desk elsewhere and the experience has been completely different and positive.
