“There was so many options on the website, with loads of colours of filing cabinets to choose from. I ordered a 4 draw one, which arrived the next day and is really good. The quality is top and it has loads of room in the draws. I won't fill this for a while but it gives me plenty of room for the future.”

“Unhappy with Kerbside delivery and the attitude of staff on the phone when they said it would cost £100 to return them 10 miles away, forced to take delivery in the end.”

We're very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, as stated on our website, our delivery is always kerbside only. This is standard practice across the industry, due to the type of couriers required for large and bulky items such as office furniture. For customers that require an alternative, we offer a delivery and installation service on our products for those that wish for the product to be brought into the premises and constructed. We are sorry that you find the return delivery charges to be high, but again this is due to the couriers required for this type of item. It also reflects the distance that the product needs to be returned, which is to our factory in Wakefield, over 200 miles away, rather than the 10 miles you suggest. “Was looking for a desk to fit in a small space so I can work from home. Loads of the ones I found were 80cm deep, which is a bit much for using a laptop at home. Luckily, I came across a 60cm deep one here and it's perfect for the job. It also arrived next day, which was great.”

“The metal legs are beautifully constructed (solid welds), the metal is thick, and the paint is flawless. We were also pleased that the drawer unit came already built (not flat packed). The desk is also extremely stable. Overall, we purchased from Kit Out My Office because it is Made in Britain (most reviews of Chinese-made desks are scathing). We were delighted.”

“The furniture is really nice and easy to find on the website. Delivery was also really quick, but I was a bit disappointed with the kerbside delivery. After managing to get the desk inside, it was quick and easy to assemble, but they lose one star for the inconvenience of having to bring the desk into the house myself.”

“Looking for a new desk chair after the last one I bought turned out to be a cheap piece of rubbish. Decided to find a UK manufacturer this time round and wasn't disappointed. My new chair looks good, is comfortable and seems great quality that should last for years. The 5 year guarantee also gives me peace of mind.”

“I needed a new desk for my office, but there are so many options I was getting confused. I then came across the furniture finder on kit out my office. That helped me easily find exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, one of the panels got damaged by the delivery guy, who managed to drop it off the back of the van! The helpline were helpful and got a replacement out the next day, it's just a shame I had to wait an extra day for my complete desk. Now it's all here, the desk is great. Really good quality.”
