“I only give 1 star because there's no option of Zero stars, until receive product i was really confident that was a good product, after receive package the truth come out: package arrived with carton box damaged, and like if was not enough not having item well packaged and looked old ,it was missing all the screws, and keys too, i contacted support about missing parts and been told to look around the floor, the screws and keys (like if i havent checked first before contact support!!!) , at the end had to fix it by myself running to local shop purchasing the parts missing, Conclusion: do not buy , unless you want be cheated like i was!!!”

We apologise that your order arrived with damaged packaging, unfortunately, this can happen during transit with our couriers but your feedback about the packaging has been passed onto the relevant team. We're also sorry that you were missing the screws and fixing for your furniture. When this happens, we do send out replacements on the day it is brought to our attention, so we are more than happy to get the required fixings to you. “Took weeks to arrive, even for free delivery that's far too long. As for the product itself, the desk top marks too easily and has already gained two scratches from the bottom of my laptop. That's in addition to the numerous marks from hands that need constantly cleaning off. The 1800mm desk top isn't rigid enough and bends a bit in the middle with only a flatscreen computer monitor and a box of pens. The legs are well made and good quality, and the cable management channels hide the unsightly cables.”

“Flatpack arrived, but the fixings were loose in a box with some missing. These are unavailable elsewhere (spent a morning trying local hardware stores). They have promised to send them out - we'll see. But just shoddy for the sake of putting fixings in a bag. Update. Fittings arrived and assembly was easy enough but frustrating to have wasted time for the sake of poor packaging.”

“It more than met my expectation but was surprised to find that the drawers had bronze handles whilst the frame was a dull silver!!”

“Good evening. The boxes arrive with no delivery note or any information from your company, it did not actually even have my details on the box. I live on my own and had to get them into my home. There were no instructions or any information with the Chair which needed assembling.”

Hi Rose, we're really sorry that you are not happy with the delivery of your order. It looks like your order was delivered on a pallet, so the delivery details will have been included on the pallet rather than the boxes. However, your instructions should have been in the boxes, so we apologise that this was not the case. Please email our customer service team at help@bluespotfurniture.co.uk if you still require any assembly instructions, as they will be able to send you a digital version. Unfortunately, we do state in our terms and conditions that delivery is kerbside only, as the couriers we use are not able to transport deliveries into properties. We're sorry for any inconvenience this caused you.
