“Great communication - emails to keep me up to date all the way. The chair was delivered a day late because TNT had “time issues” preventing scheduled delivery - but Bluespot themselves were flawless. The chair itself - UK-made - is brilliant. Thank you!”

“this company is absolutely second to none. their customer service is incredible, i was kept up to date with what was going on with my order as from what they said they manfucture it FOR the order. order arrived in two bits and i phoned them to check what was going on, they chased it up within 15 minutes and got back to me very promptly. cannot recommend them enough, strong, sturdy product! the modesty panel at the back was slightly damaged, it seemed like the packing straps were too tight, but it's not a core piece so i'm not worried about it!”

“Great prices for great quality furniture! Exactly what I needed for pc set up, super happy :) Slight hiccup with the delivery but customer service live chat was prompt to reply and explained and gave an accurate delivery date. Would 100% recommend and purchase from again.”

“I ordered a desk and when it came it was missing a foot of the table as well as there being a small amount of damage to the top of the desk as soon as I emailed them about this they sent me out a new top for the desk straight away and I had it within a couple of days and the foot of the table came a few days after that. Amazing customer service and the desk is perfect especially for my gaming set up. Brilliant company I would highly recommend”
