“I was really disappointed that in September I ordered a desk and now 2 months later it has been discontinued. This means I am stuck now with trying to match the desk as i need a second one in the office. There was no mention to me at the time and the desk was not on offer for me to get an inkling. The company cannot do anything and are trying to lead me to similar items. There has been no offer of goodwill discount. I feel a bit cheated as a returning customer sobi wouldnt recommend shopping here.”

“Table was delivered on time as promised, it’s very easy to assemble. It’s not glossy white, kind creamy white. Table is 800mm beep it’s about 100mm to deep, 600 to 700mm depth would be the right size for home use”

“Great product with fantastic customer service. The desk came with some slight damage due to poor handling, but after contacting bluespot furniture about this they sent out a replacement desk top the next day! Suffice to say I have no regrets about ordering and highly recommend them.”

“Ordered with an extra payment for next day delivery. It never arrived the next day... nor the day after. Eventually arrived with parts missing, had to phone and am now waiting for these parts to arrive.”

“I initially purchased 2 KOMO two drawer filing cabinets which are very good and wanted 2 desk high storage cabinets to match them. I was a bit concerned that the cabinets were flat packed and there are comments in previous reviews that the instructions were not good, too many bits and pieces were provided or not enough, extra holes needed to be drilled ..... but decided to go ahead anyway. The parts of the cabinets were indeed flat packed - but well protected by the packaging - the instructions were OK and, though there were too many bits and pieces, all the ones needed were there. The only comment I would make is that the screws for the parts on the doors were not as specified but there were enough similar screws for what needed to be done.”

“Quality desk and well worth the money. A bit more expensive than mainstream retailers but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. Customer service also spot on - sorted out a small issue with a missing part very quickly and with no quibble at all. Thank you.”

“I wanted to buy an office chair made in the UK. Pleased I did. The delivery driver said that chairs from Staples/China have better packaging! Blue Spot should address this, as the cardboard box for my chair was falling apart. Blue Spot chairs are not cheap, you get what you pay for, but presentation should be better.”

“The furniture is solid. I looked for a few months online and local. I am very happy with my purchase bought and seen online. My son (17 yr old) actually built the desk as seen in pic for his attic room. He didn’t need any help from us.”
