A terrible company know for its mistreatment of staff, a perfect example of corporate greed that deserves to be boycotted.

Maggots on the products. Flies on the shelves. Staff rude, making sexual noises in the isles... disgusting! Manager dressed like a T A R T - I had my son with me and her boobs were flying out!. Horrible experience, never ever again!

Visited the Reedswood store and although this is a large store with plenty of choice and quite a few tills open, the one thing we weren't impressed with was there were no paper towels to use with the sanitiser on entry to the store. Surely the management should ensure that someone replenishes these throughout the day in these challenging times.

Belfast Connswater store Far too many people in store, no social distancing made impossible by the amount of cages of stock on the sales floor and the deputy manager thinking it was a good idea to herd customers to queue down 1 aisle with all other aisles blocked off. The congestion and health and safety risk not only from Corona virus but god help us all if there had of been a fire. This needs urgent attention as when i approached him about the matter he became quite defensive and dismissive. I will not be returning to this store as it is a major health and safety risk .

Had mouldy cakes..2 days out of date when bought.had receipt. Reluctant to refund my money..shouldn't have had a battle to get my money refunded..manager was very rude..but apologised afterwords..shall NEVER Shop their again..second time I have had rudeness from B&M...

Gazebo £100 grey had this 2 months and screwed down and even tied with rope to keep safe the screws kept failing out and it’s fell to bits going rusty waste of money no refund was told it’s not to be left out in adverse weather !! We’re in the middle of summer so basically don’t buy !!!!

Called in b&m Durham to purchase some purfume asked the assistant if I could sample the perfume first and was told no even though other perfumes in the cabinet had been opened which I pointed out. I was told that she still could not open the one I was interest in as she would get wrong. Very poor customer service how does B&M expect to sell perfume if you cannot sample before you buy

Work here or come to shop as a customer, managers will create scenarios regardless on paperwork, create dodgy contracts and make you do Jobs your not supposed to do by breaching contracts - my contract was customer service assistant, I was offered to work in warehouse August 2018, Jeremy area manager, would know this when he worked with M.N - K.N manager came in and moved me from warehouse, and started getting rid of people by bullying them. They had actors people who accuse me, as witnesses and created witness statements enough to get rid of me, they breach to many contracts, and to my guess, and they have just let an innocent person go like me and sacking me over an allegation which didn't happen. The chairman who done my appeal hearing, wrote some words done, couldn't uphold the points by creating fictional lies to defend themselves. They do nothing to find the route cause for bullying and victimisation in the work place, and they are breaking the laws within human rights. They blackmail. B&M Ortongate should be ashamed.

Was in the store today with my young son who was being an absolute pain so I was stressing out and couldn’t find the item I wanted , a young girl who I think was Eastern European , Andrea , was so helpful , she was making my son laugh and took us to the product I couldn’t find

I rang to see if you had some paint in stock . I was put through to a lady called Vicky she was so helpful and found the paint and put it to one side for me to collect . Thankyou Vicky from Bury B&M she was brilliant

We purchased a garden patio set for £200 and the table "exploded" luckily no one was near it, but B&M say they will NOT do anything about it

Visited the new store in Wadebridge, Cornwall, twice since it opened and both times have experienced bad customer service. The first time from asking a question to a young girl on the shop floor, who just shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know" to the cashiers talking amongst themselves along with (I presume) the Manageress, talking about why they were still having to work at 7.00 p.m. at night and moaning about previous customers and other members of staff. The second visit, polite young guy on the shop floor who asked me very politely to move so he could come through with the trolley and thanked me for moving !! However, once again a different cashier, ignorant, rude served me, shoved receipt in my hand and just started talking to another member of staff. No interaction, i.e. started scanning my shopping whilst I was unloading my trolley with not asking if I needed a hand or a bag.
