“What a joke bm bargains is when you order online evri deliver Iv been waiting 4 days for my parcel to come they told me yesterday it was coming at 5 30 I'm still waiting don't order anything on line with bm bargains it's a joke 😩”

“I visited a store at leeds ring road. I witnessed a member of staff (presumably a manager) being quite obnoxious to one of his members of staff, stating "make sure you have 15 minutes break only and no later" in quite a disrespectful way!!! Very rude. I would never let my children work for B and M, surely a manager has to be resoectful to his staff as they should be with him, and also staff are entitled to their break. I was appalled by this as a customer who was actually hearing this in this day and age this should not happen to no human being! I wont be attending this store again. I would have walked out as a member of staff. I hope this gets addressed.”

“I visited your store in Dartford today and cannot understand why staff were not asking people to put masks on, there were lots of people without them and considering Dartford had one of the highest covid cases in Kent I would have thought it should have been a priority. As I queued to pay there were 5 people in front of me without masks not good!”

“Re: CarPlan Ultra Shampoo 5L with FREE Sponge. Product number: 363323. I have posted a review about this product before, I got a reply from B & M but no one has ever got back to me about NOT being able to find this in ANY branches, I've visited quite a few including Romford, Dagenham, Chadwell Heath, Braintree, Basildon & others, I don't know but I am convinced this ISN'T on sale at ANY branches & it's just to get customers into the shop, if this isn't correct then tell me which branches do sell it at the price advertised & have it in stock, if no reply I will get Trading Standards to look into this.”

“Happened to go b and m bangor today. Decent store but omg the staff. Three male members of staff completely blocking an aisle masks only over mouths ? Whats the point. The tannoy telling customers to socially distance while these same staff are just pushing past customers with no excuse me. Im sorry but massive amounts of training needed in this store not only covid related but also customer service related. All over the store there was empty cardboard trays on the floor that staff have dropped while stocking up and just left it there too. Get a grip b and m.”

“No problem with the staff or thr stire itself, but they sell puppy training pads in packs of 30 and 100, they don't give the store much of a reputation for selling quality goods. They wee litually soaks through them and works its way under the polythene backing leaving a large square patch of wee and sticks to the flooring. Ive even tried doubling a pair but still soaks throgh ... very disappointing product.”

“I went to my local b&m in romford last night to buy a neck fan as the weather is getting hot this week. It was 740 pm so I only had 20 minutes left to look. To save time I asked a store assistant where they were and he was very quick to dismiss me and said no we don't have them in here. I replied well I checked online before I came and it said you have them in stock and he replied well we don't have any. I wasnt going to take his word for it so I went to look myself and guess what I found them. I made a point of telling him they were in stock. He looked put out and asked me which aisle I got it from. Maybe if he did his job properly he would know that himself.”

“I like most of the products that they offer in particular the Disco light bulb for £2.99 was a big hit for my 4 year old autistic son. Spicy meatballs are a massive hit for my partner they are cheap and tasty.”
