“I think the new probiotic is doing pretty good for me it helped me not have so much gas, and I go to the bathroom perfectly. I like if better than all of the other probiotics I have used over the years. I think Donna Gates knows the body, and digestive system so well that she knows what works. I am a hair dresser, and I have a lot of clients that are concerned with their health, and I always tell them to go to body ecology website, and use all her products, and read all of her articles. She knows what works to stay,healthy.❤️ Diane Gonzalez”

“I love the flavor of the shake mix. It makes drinking smoothies a lot easier for me. I also add in the greens powder and drink my shakes with coconut kefir so just a huge power house smoothie. I feel like I have more energy!”

“5/5 I love this green drink. I've been drinking this with water every morning and feel fantastic. I've been using this as a replacement for breakfast and I have definitely lost a bit of weight - didn't even really need to but that's been a nice result. I just feel a ton more energy, and I occasionally have a little bit in the afternoon. Tastes great. Will definitely order again and again.”

“Very easy to use to make kefir from high quality organic grass fed milk. I use the ezyogurt maker and simply add packet to milk in a large mason jar. Plug in yogurt maker sleeve and wrap around the jar. It’s ready in the AM. Saving some kefir from that batch can make 7 more batches from one packet.”
